1 /5 Noah: Was a decent location before they tested the waters with weekend hour changes. The newly funneled afternoon/evening traffic equates to a packed gym without the equipment to support it. Hard to justify a membership when affordable 24 hour local options outdo PF on what’s become every front.

4 /5 Randy Orgeron: 5 starts for the facility; seems to have just about everything that a person could want or need for whatever their fitness journey. Plus amenities that perhaps you didnt know that you needed. 3.5 for the staff. My first time in the facility w/ a less than welcoming reception. Came up to the desk & was ignored. Had to get their attention to ask about the check-in procedure. Then had to ask as to the whereabouts of certain areas in the gym; only then did one staff, reluctantly, offer to tour me. The tour was very minimal & perfunctory, not even covering the entirety of the facility. Im 65 & very old school. I realize that my expectation set is not the same for the young people manning the desk, who would have no doubt just used their phone app to figure it all out. I know now that it was not rational of me to just assume that there would be a tour for 1st timers. I realize that Im not paying for the staff to attend to me, but rather for the equipment. Still plan to utilize my membership & will most certainly figure it out using all of the machine scan guides & wall placards. Pleased to have access to this facility so near my home.

It’s always a good morning or good afternoon with an approaching the desk. It’s always a good morning or good afternoon with a yes, sir or ma’am. Always there to book with what bed you may need very clean clean environment atmosphere is wonderful cooling heating is always right. Machines are great.
