After my mother passed away and we had to pay For unexpected funeral expenses, I realized how important it is to have something set in place. Mr.Baylee help me understand everything that goes into this process. He probably stayed on the phone with me for an hour time after time answering every stupid question that I have to make sure that I was sure and comfortable with the whole process. I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I recommend them to everyone And will continue to do so. Very simple, very fair pricing and lots of peace of mind that everything will be taken care of. Thank you, Northwestern mutual.

    Theresa Manuel: Usually Stines is on the ball. This year however, I find them very unorganized. Scheduled an appointment o ly to call back 20 minutes later to reschedule. I show up for appointment & receptionist is the only one in. Rescheduled again. Finally dropped off paperwork & was.told 1 week & 3 weeks later I have to call to see whats going on. Show up for appointment to pick them up & receptionist had to look for them for about 5 minutes. Not happy this year, 1st time in about 10 years.
