1 /5 Beachuntha Floyd: I hate the day I joined this insurance company. I live in the Hammond area. I called in my payments trying to be nice because I know they are shorthanded. However, you can never get in touch with them because they dont answer the phone. The only call you before the next month to close their books out. Im about to find me a new insurance company to join.

1 /5 Southern Girl: Nothing good to say about them. Their reps are unconcerned or knowledgeable about their plans. No one is on the same pg. if someone answers the phone they tell you you have to go in office, if you go in office they tell you you have to call. Issues never get resolved but they do expect their payments monthly. They’re a joke. A big one!

1 /5 Tiffani Moore: Worst company ever. Every time you try to call they have you on then when they dont answer you leave a voicemail that never gets answered. If they answer then put you on hold they hang up on you. Its really ridiculous.

1 /5 Virginia Thomas: My mother passed in April and I have yet to receive the remaining balance. I have been lied to on multiple occasions. I do not recommend getting insurance with them. I have yet to speak with a honest person yet. The fact these people can sleep well at night knowing they are destroying peoples lives makes me sick to my stomach. I want this chapter closed!

1 /5 Bo Hunt: After my mother passed away, 4 months later and they still have not paid out on the claim. Every time I speak to them it is another piece of paperwork they need from the funeral home. Speak to the funeral home and they show me all of the previous requests. Today was the final straw. 2 weeks ago they told me over the phone that they had all information. I called today to get status and was told they were waiting on a W9 from the funeral home. They had not told the funeral home they needed it. This company is trying to hold the payouts as long as possible to collect interest to make them more money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE!!!
