They were quick enough to take my money from my bank the day after my order. Very disappointed with the service wont use them again.

Their not reliable on the their time frame for orders, they are RUDE when you call them they act like they owe you something, they DONT really care about you as a customer,I would NOT recommend this store at all. For a supposedly unique jewelry store they are not it. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE. Also they NEVER RETURN your phone call as they say they will. So my question is why ask for my phone number.

Allana Herring: I have been to Jack Hood Jewelers several times. I’ve been mainly for services like ring resizing etc. I dropped off a solid 14k gold pendant on Wednesday to add a bail. The sales representative was polite and nice. I asked for a sleek bail that was not bulky. I showed her an example of one that was in the shop. She gave me a ticket. She called yesterday to state the pendant was ready to be picked up. It was $243 total to add a bail to the pendant… I was so shocked I had no words. I paid it because I wanted my pendant. I was never told about the price upfront. And when I asked why it’s so much, the new owner or daughter of the shop owner states they had to laser the bail on and the price of gold sky rocketed…. Yeah. Never again.

Cindy Chapman: Just the worst. Bought a ring, needed an arthritic shank put in. Took 3 months to receive it and the shank broke and a diamond fell out the same day. Sent it back out for repair and its now been 2 months and they cannot give me an update because its an " email" only repair facility. My ring was purchased in March and I have now been paying on it for 6 months and no ring, no answers, no compensation and no promised callbacks. Avoid at all costs! You get plenty of excuses, but no solutions. I have dealt with the manager, assistant manager, and clerks. On top of all this, the $1200 quote for the shank was approved without even presenting it to me first, BUT I had to pay for it. I do not know to this day, who approved it at the store. Must go towards their sales quota.
