During our visit we spoke with probably 6 different employees at different times for different reasons. Without exception they were intelligent/fast on the uptake & well spoken, genuinely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. It must be a great place to work & with a good boss to have collected so many outstanding employees. We both liked the shop and my wife could have shopped for a couple of hours. On the other hand, I never shop anywhere. I go to buy & get out. ... But I really like the shop! Go & enjoy!

I reached out to them with a specific request: I was looking for an item that was showing as out of stock on their website. I wasnt sure if it was available anywhere else, but Paul and Cortnie went above and beyond to help. They took the time to check their retail locations for any available stock and worked with me to find a solution. Their dedication to helping me find what I needed was truly impressive. After receiving my order, I had another request and once again, their customer service was exceptional. They were incredibly responsive to my emails and quickly shipped the additional items I needed. This company, and the incredible people like Paul and Cortnie, sets the standard for how to treat customers. I highly recommend them.

Brianna Autin: Save yourself the heartache and go to Ramseys in Metairie. Zales has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. After four failed repairs to my ring, the ring is still not correct and the store refuses to take any accountability for the fact that they have ruined this ring. Not only did they NEVER correctly fix the ring, they failed to properly plate my ring and simply applied antiquing. After the store refused to correctly fix or fully replace the same ring (despite having purchased a lifetime warranty) after only a few weeks of wear the ring looks absolutely awful and the antiquing (that is supposed to be plating) is rubbing off of the entire ring. We will never be back to Zales or any of their sister locations.
