5 /5 Adam S: I had a great experience from start to finish here. My wife and I were in Chicago a few weeks prior and she found a ring she really liked. We didnt have time to return to the Tiffanys store on our quick vacation so I said wed get it here. On Friday (11/19) I called the store and a man named Greg answered. He was very polite and took my order without a problem. I expressed that Id love to get it Monday (11/22) as its the only day in the near future my wife and I both have off. A woman named Hui called me back to confirm and take payment, assuring me it would arrive on Monday. She had kept me up to date with tracking even though it was her day off, so I can only gather she did this while not on the clock. When we arrived to the store we were helped by Erica, the store manager, who was incredibly professional. We were worried about the size of the ring but were told we could get a different ring, exchange, or whatever to make it right. It wound up being the correct size, at least for now, and Erica said if she wears it gently over the next few days and decides to get a different size it wouldnt be a problem. It also turns out that the ring my wife chose was the newest model from the Atlas collection and that made her feel special that we were able to get so seamlessly. A+ Experience!
