1 /5 Ashton SHIGIRAKI: Terrible service, I received a call from Tower Loans at 10:19 AM on August 6th, 2024. I missed the call and proceeded to call back twelve minutes later at 10:32 AM. The agent I spoke to was unnecessarily impatient after asking me did I have an account with them I told her I’m not sure and she abruptly hung up the phone in my face. Then when I proceeded to call back to further she was very rude and short with me, didn’t give me any explanation to any of my questions. I then asked to speak to a manager who was able to answer my simple questions in reference to the call. In which I was able to figure out why they called. (I am a reference for a family member) The agent that answers the phone is the first interaction you have with a company sometime and this company will never get my business, it says a lot about the type of company this is. Terrible company, the manager was knowledgeable, the agent needs more training in customer service though.

5 /5 Anonymous !: This is wonderful place to do business. As long as you pay your bills on time and keep in touch with them if something comes up. The manager there is super understanding and nice and Ive never had any issues. Pay your bills people and your credit scores wont drop.
