1 /5 Marvin Rutledge: They let me pay a loan down to$6 then try to get another$2500 from me by saying they can start me over at their discretion. Not a good place to go to and whoever April is she should probably not be dealing with the public with the attitude she presented. Would never recommend them and will definitely not be a customer again in life! Cant keep a business open if you try to steal from your customers!

CEDAR HILL MX / Steve Hall: Im a 56 year old that has returned to College once again. The last time was 1986 - 1991 . I can honestly say that school has changed a bunch. I truly believe if it wasnt for the help I received from the admissions department with this school it wouldnt have happened. The truly amazing, wonderful and helpful people who work at this school went above and beyond to help me with every step of admissions and enrollment of classes was awesome. I seriously couldnt have done it without them. The teachers at least in all of my classes have been great also. I can say that the 3 semesters that I have had have been a great experience. Although no matter how great the school is still doesnt change the fact that everyday in class I get reminded just how dumb I have become through all my years . But the fact that everyday I leave every class each day a little smarter is a true testament of how good the teachers are. Highly recommend this school .

Shunda, Ava, and Racheal all great you by name as you walk in the door. Rashida Myles goes above and beyond for any and all of your loan needs, and if by any slim chance anything doesn’t go right (which rarely ever happens), Tiffany is the manager you want to have. She runs a tight clean ship and her seasonal decorations are top notch. Makes you feel at home. I will continue to be a member here for the prolonged future with the hospitality this branch provides! Yournamehere69: After this credit union did a conversion to a "new system ", my banking experience has got from 5 to 1. Online banking doesnt exist anymore, and the fees for banking with them have dramatically increased, which they used to be "free checking ". After not being able to pay my bills online and running a business and not being able to use both business and personal checking cards, I have 5 different cards since the conversion of November 4th November 8th, this credit union cannot workout the kinks of this conversion nor failed to help figure it out whats wrong, so they think its a card issue when its the problem and it is not. I dont recommend this credit union. 1 star from me.

I was referred to Wimberly Agency which expeditiously took care of my worries. I received professional and caring services along with a reasonable premium. Great staff to work with.
