Kitchens Law Firm, APLC - Minden Lily Bridwell: horrible people with horrible customer service. i’m speaking through headphones, so whenever the woman on the phone asked, i’m assuming their secretary, asked what i needed i asked if she could hear me. she only continued to ask what i needed while i was innocently asking if she could hear me. she, still refusing to say yes or no, goes “what do you want”. so i told her she needs to work on her customer service skills and the reason she makes little money is because she does nothing to earn her business income and make more. i do apologize for being so rude but i feel it was very much warranted
