Brandy Parker I showed up literally minutes before closing time in desperate need of two pieces of glass to finish a job. They had already closed up the shop and were ready to go home, but they opened back up and cut the two pieces of glass for me without any complaints. They saved me a trip all the way back to bastrop the next day and I got my job finished and turned in on time. Highly recommend!!!

Kenneth Butler Great customer service with the woman at the desk. Dropped my truck off and picked up after hours. While driving it home the back window was rattling real bad which was just replaced. I then noticed my headliner had hand print stains all over it and the seal was just stuck behind the seat like the didn’t finish!!

Jacques Norwood Kevin did a real great job at replacing the windshield.But the driver side Window switch got broken in the process of him working..accidents happen... the lady at the front desk was rude about the situation but Kevin said he would replace it... and that was a lie in order for me to leave!!! Keep in mind this is my 5th windshield with this company.. the manager will not respond in order to fix the issue... I post this in order for the manager to reach out, but they did not. The lady over at Bastrop glass has a Way better attitude. Bastrop Glass has my business from this point... better Atmosphere. And they will give you a ride if you need one.. And if theres a problem with your car they will call you ahead of time not after theyre done..

Dejanill Dokes They were friendly at first, until I complained about scratches and dents on my car and then damaging my seats with oil and scratches, while in their care, Plus, they would not admit to this; Someone had a throw blanket while working on my car that they forgot about, and it wrapped around my drive shaft, which once I got back home and took it to the cadillac shop cost me over $7,600 to get my car back right. It was a nightmare. When they pulled back the dash to fix the AC, they cut it. Im just very disappointed and will never use this shop again if something happens to my car while Im in Bastrop Louisiana.

Austin Phillips We took my grandmother’s car in because it was running hot and had multiple lights turn on. They took a look at it and told us it was a coolant leak, and that they could fix it. Fast forward $1100 and a few days later, we bring it home just for it to be doing the same thing two days later. We call them, tell them it’s still leaking coolant and they tell us to bring it back in. We bring it back in and decide to get a tire patched while the vehicle was there. Fast forward a week, we call and ask if the problem is fixed and the tire is patched. They say it hasn’t leaked a bit since we brought it back in and that they’ll patch the tire in about thirty minutes. Call back a couple hours later and they tell us they’ll be sure to get it as soon as a bay opens. If you couldn’t guess by now, they never patched the tire. We pulled up and asked the dude at the front counter, “who’s daddy owns the place,” was focused more on a woman who had just come in for new rims over the car that had been there for a week. Now the coolant is leaking again, which they swore wasn’t happening and that they fixed, and we will not be returning after them bending us over. I would not recommend this place to my enemy.

Scott Tuttle Well I first took my truck there for an alignment which they did very quickly, was there about 45 minutes. Now a few months later asked them about a rack in pinion job that needed to be done mine was leaking and boots out out dry rotted gave me a fair price and they did the job and yes they aligned the wheel yet again. They have done great by me so far no complaints.

Matt This shop is a joke. They had my wife’s car for months and collected the money to do multiple repairs that were not touched. Now my car is at a new shop and being repaired. None of the dents were fixed, the hood latch wasn’t even bolted in, missing bolts in the engine compartment, paint overspray all over the car, bondo dust stuck to everything inside the car. I would recommend not ever taking your car to this shop.

James Murphy Thomas agreed to do body work and paint my car in a "little over 30 days" . At 60 days, he told me he would do it "next week with three people". At 90 days I came after the car. I do not know if he would have done quality work on my car, since he never did any for me. He wasted 90 days of my time! The prior shop (Ians Body Shop) had it for more than 30 days and also did nothing. So, four months and still no paint done. When I arrived at the NAPA shop the first day, he showed me what look like professional paint jobs in photos and autos in his shop. I was impressed. Suggestion: Bastrop, get everything in writing at all our local shops. The agreement should have a set completion date and penalties if the date is not met. (Exa: 5% discount if later than 7 days). Dont sign an open ended (No completion date) agreement!

brian McMurray This place is a joke. They had a motor mechanic and tire alignment guy putting my lift on. They put my coil springs on upside down which made it to where I couldnt align my truck right. They scratched my $3000 rims when they balanced them and tried turning a (QUOTED) one day job into a three day job. Oh and they a really bad nat problem inside. GARBAGE

Brandon Loveday I will speak on a past experience for this review. They did a fine job on my old wheel chair van a few years ago. I recently needed their services again and waited for 5 weeks for an appointment. Dropped by several times, no dice. They are busy, they do decent work when you can get them to do it. Tony seems like a decent guy but is severely over worked and no help to lighten the load. Man that sounds like alot of places these days...so I will cut them some slack.

Christal Starling I have called all kinds of part stores to get a gasket my son messed up. Everyone said you have to buy the whole kit to get it. The man at Morehouse transmission said the same thing but followed up with he has to use parts out of kits sometimes. That he would sell me one out of a kit so we could get my son back up and running! This was awesome! I will go back when I need a transmission or help with one.
