They put my coil springs on upside down which made it to where I couldnt align my truck right. They scratched my $3000 rims when they balanced them and tried turning a (QUOTED) one day job into a three day job. Oh and they a really bad nat problem inside. GARBAGE

    Samantha Benjamin: IM SO MAD AND FED UP AT THIS POINT MY FIRST VEHICLE THAT I TOOK THERE THEY DID AN AMAZING JOB AND THEY WAS DONE WITHIN A WEEK OR TWO WHICH IS WHY I WENT BACK TO THEM FOR THE VEHICLE THAT I AM IN NOW WHEN I DROPPED MY VEHICLE OFF TO THE SHOP HE TOLD ME THAT HE HAD ORDERED THE PARTS AND AS SOON AS THE PARTS COME IN HE WILL START WORKING ON MY VEHICLE A WEEK GOES BY I CALLED TO SEE IF THE PARTS CAME IN HE TELLS ME NOT YET WHICH WAS FINE BECAUSE I WAS STILL IN MY RENTAL NOW ITS ALMOST A WHOLE YEAR AND MY VEHICLE IS STILL NOT FIXED RIGHT LAST TIME I TALKED TO HIM HE SAID HIS WIFE WAS GOING TO CALL ME TO SET UP A DAY TO BRING MY VEHICLE UP THERE TO GET THE PART ON NOBODY HAS CALLED OR EVEN TRIED TO GET IN TOUCH WITH ME INSURANCE HAVE ALREADY PAID THEM AND EVERYTHING I JUST WANT MY TRUCK FIXED I WILL NEVER BRING ANY OF MY FUTURE VEHICLES BACK EVER AGAIN!!!!

    Brandy Parker: I showed up literally minutes before closing time in desperate need of two pieces of glass to finish a job. They had already closed up the shop and were ready to go home, but they opened back up and cut the two pieces of glass for me without any complaints. They saved me a trip all the way back to bastrop the next day and I got my job finished and turned in on time. Highly recommend!!!

    LaQuina Wilson: This place is horrible! I’m a huge advocate for accountability and believe that everyone makes mistakes but OWN IN! I got a use tire from this place, they stripped the screw and broke my lug nut, but I didn’t notice it till later that day when my car began to drive funny. Fast forward came back and told them what they had done. No one apologized! He offered to pay for the parts if I went and got them. That didn’t happen, I paid for them. He looked at me and my husband and stated that he did it for free. Of course you did it for free, you did the damage. Long story short, they lost a “since they opened customer” over a $6.40 part! Very rude and doesn’t take accountability for tearing things up! Would have rated 0 if I could have!

    Shana Pinson: I recently broke down 4 hours from home while working. Found this place which tows and works on your vehicle. My total for everything I needed done was 950$. I go to pick my car up paid for the service before hand bc it was Memorial Day weekend. I was super excited bc it sounded so great and fixed well I drive to my friends in Shreveport and the next day we go to clean it and someone had went thru my entire car. My console was dug thru. Papers and pictures that I know I put away before they towed it were moved from my console to just in my cupholders and stuff. I just purchased a cutting hair kit and I didn’t think bc it was in a box I’d need to grab it bc they would take my things but they definitely dug all thru my car and took whatever they wanted. I had shoes missing. It’s insane. I work so hard for my things man. And then to turn around and pay this asshole 950 bucks just pisses me off there shitty people I would not recommend unless you have time to take every single thing out your car so it doesn’t go missing in your part. Because it’s my fault I couldn’t carry all my shit when I had to get towed!!!
