Mike Price My experience with the Frank Nettles business was quite a disappointment. I was mislead by the previous reviews listed. I am now surprised that a local dealership even lead me to them. For me the business was all talk and no walk. Yes Frank offers a very thorough explanation about your situation with advice, but in my case did not follow up with a fix. What is advertised is expertise in auto air conditioning and service. First negative sign being in business for as long as it has been, there is not many reviews for Franks setting of Twin Cities although a good rating oddly. Second sign arriving punctual and I am mistakenly accused of being late for drop off? My vehicle was left overnight for digital detection freon leak test and fix. He called following up with diagnosis, price, but advice? Within the call, he stated that my vehicle had been driven for a thorough overall inspection? Wait that was not explained beforehand. I brought it there for the freon leak detection! Not a joy ride. All in all he stated that an evaporator core had a large leak inside cabin, and compressor a small leak only when I questioned about the compressor though. A new heater core was advised, due to dash having to be removed for evaporator replacement. MAJOR CATCH he stated they do not disassemble dashboards. Ok so why was this not explained before drop off? Top it off he recommended he do a recharge with sealant that most likely would fix issue if done twice. Why would you do a customer like such knowing that would not be a fix? My vehicle had two other minor issues that were obviously overlooked in his thorough inspection. Yet he sprayed a black painted substance to protect my battery post? I know a serpentine belt was needed nothing mentioned. His calculations of my air conditioning fix was approximately three to four grand. All the vehicle needed was simply a new compressor and recharge which is now complete. Frank drove the vehicle a total of fifteen miles odometer for nothing even in rain. A total of three and a half Benjamin Franklin down the drain with a sealant charge only lasting a week. I would never obtain a diagnosis anywhere if I was thoroughly explained beforehand a fix may not be granted.

Helen Malone I took my car in early Thursday morning because I had a tire that was leaking air. I wish I had gotten the young man’s name because he was so very nice, but I did not. He checked my tire immediately, found the leak, asked a couple of questions and I was off with my daughter. I told him I would be back in a few hours and left my keys with him. When I came back, my car was ready, I paid an extremely reasonable fee and am happy. I had read good reviews on Monroe Tire and went there and found the reviews to be accurate based on my experience. Great place, nice people, very reasonable. When I need tires, they will be the first place I will go to check prices!

Tim Lewis I was traveling from out of state and the AC system failed all of a sudden. I went to a shop in Ruston La, told them I was out of state and I needed someone to look at the car whenever they got a chance no rush at all. I could immediately tell by their body language and tone that they didn’t care at all. So I decided to say thank you sir and travel to next city. That’s when I googled and found Eazy Does it Auto Care Center! When I tell you from the moment I pulled into the gate of the business I was met with a smiling face from a woman that actually cared! Then came the owner’s son mid conversation and said “I heard you say you were driving and then??” From that moment on I knew they had it handled!! He looked at the car and explained to me what I needed I responded whatever I need just fix it please sir. He tried to tell me the price as I was already thinking astronomical numbers in my head because I’m from out of town. But, to my surprise the number was greater than 80 percent lower than what I was thinking!! I couldn’t believe it!! He diagnosed it!! He fixed it!! Got me going and when his father came over to talk to me! The way they both interacted with each other I begin to understand why they could and should be entrusted with our vehicles!! Lastly, every customer left with a smile and it reminded of something…. When mechanic has few cars on the yard sitting. He’s probably a good mechanic with fair prices. Therefore car don’t come to stay. They come to return home with the owners!! Take my word for it!! Go and see for yourselves!!

Terrell Winston Easy-Does-It has a high quantity on the quotes true enough. In return, they give quality services and helpful advice/information about vehicles to each and every customer. I took my car to the shop once for a simple misfiring on my vehicle in 2021 and the problem was resolved in a timely manner. Its 2024, Im current customer and, recommend the owner and his servants/technicians are qualified workers to do business with on mechanical work onto vehicles.

So, are you stating that if I bring my car back in I will not be charged? Original review: Customer beware! Took my car here to have the AC repaired, cost was over $1,500 and AC still doesnt work. Also, while in their shop, they killed the battery and I had to pay to have it replaced. When I told them the AC still isnt working they said "Well, you can bring it back in and well see what we can do." I asked if there would be a charge and if they have a warranty on their work. Their answer; yes, there will be a charge. And my AC most likely broke because of something else. Dishonest.

Art ODell Went to get some CV axels replaced and left with our car making popping sound when accelerating or stopping. They said we needed new front-end brake pads. Had the brakes done and there was still a popping sound under the hood after we left. I decided to check their brake job when we got home and found the brake tank overfilled from where the brake calipers were compressed. Dang! Just dont go there!! They cant even do a simple brake job and who knows what kind of services the college folks are getting? Before and after pictures once we drained the overfilled brake fluid tank.

Rendy Gibbs Took my car to Ryan’s Chevrolet had it inspected was quoted a price for $1,100 dollars including the inspection.. they told me they can get me In and out after about 7 hours of holding my car they called to tell me they didn’t have the parts in stock so I picked up my car called up campus automotive an hour and half before closing these guys got me in and out fast! They also saved me about $600 bucks and did a magnificent job my car is riding smooth again. They’re going to be my go to guys from here on out! Let your next move be your best move!!!

Cee Bee Don’t ever bring your car here! These folks had my car 3 months and they didn’t fix a damn thing! They even trashed my car busted the windshield it was scratched up on both sides, it looked like they drove it wrecked and try to slap back together and they were supposed to just fix a oil leak but they claimed I needed a motor and it sound like a damn tractor when I got it back! It was all kind of stuff unhooked or not put back together under the hood.. the company I bought it from was paying for the repairs but these folks damaged this car so bad they gave me a whole new car! Oh yea they try to steal my speaker out the trunk I guess they couldn’t figure out how to unhook it.. so they just left it sitting on my backseat they pulled everything I had out and scattered on the backseat like they were rumbling in there looking for something to steal! This is the worst experience I ever had getting a car repaired and I’m glad I wasn’t paying because I surely would’ve been in jail! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!

Gentry Jasmine “Jazziejae” They hold your car for a week claim its fixed and turn around and have to go back in 24hrs. They give you a time to pick it up but when you call to say you are on the way they dont answer the phone. They lie and say they worked on your car but when you get there you see they havent touched the car. I dont recommend using them to fix your car.

The owner stepped out personally on a hot day, looked at my vehicle and told me I had no worries, if he has replaced it it would mess up once again on my low vehicle and I wouldn’t get my money’s worth.
