From my initial phone conversation to the follow up call I received when he was checking to see how the car was driving (and also casually mention that he went ahead and knocked out the two small dents in my bumper), This was one of the most positive experiences I have every had with a mechanic and I am thrilled I have found someone I feel I can really trust. He even noticed my inspection sticker was expired and took care of it. In a world where we can feel customer service is dead, Keith restored my faith that there are still people out there that care.

swshh swshh Mr. Tony greeted me, took a test ride with me in my car, kept me updated, and provided excellent customer service for every step of the process. He made it a point to show me with my own eyes every issue that needed to be resolved while being patient with my questions. He is a great man and does a great job of connecting with customers. I brought my car in because it was driving horribly bumpy and drifting heavily to the right. Just got it back a few hours ago, and it seems to be driving smooth as ever. Assuming it stays this way, great job to everyone, especially Mr. Tony. Next time I need my vehicle serviced (I hope no time soon), Mr. Tony, I hope you are still there! You made all the difference in the world on my experience.

Alice Bogle Not a very friendly business. No communication whatsoever and no one ever answers the phone. First of all they just assumed what was wrong with the car without doing a diagnostic test first. Then told me they would call back about the part they thought it needed and I have never heard from them again. Tried calling to cancel pending service but I could never get anyone to answer my call. I gave up and went somewhere else and found out that it was NOT the problem. I will not be back.

Trey Nordan Have used them several times and the prices seem to be the best around town. Had a part they had replaced for me go bad in 6 months. The part was under warranty so they not only reimbursed me the part but for the entire labor cost as well of the original install. I am very impressed with this high level of integrity!

Annyh E If I could give this review a negative star, thats what I would do. He said bring the car Tuesday, I dropped the car off the night before. At noon I had to call and ask about the car, his response Ill work on it after lunch. At after 4pm, still nothing so I called again and he had yet another excuse. So I said, Im coming to get my car, due to traffic from downtown I arrived after 5pm. My car was no where in sight and he had my keys. This is the most incompetent mechanic shop Ive ever dealt with. He still had my car hostage. Dont take your car here if you value it.

The lobby was clean & cool as I waited for my vehicle. I was able to use my coupon (from their website) without any problems. I will be going back when my vehicle needs a mechanic. Rene Boudreaux We live an hour and 20 minutes away and travel to bring our Mercedes Benz to Brians because we trust them so much. A fantastically run business by a good man of business ethics. He always does his customers right and takes care of them. He has a fantastic night drop box and after business hours pick up set up. Well always trust our car with Brians.

B. Doyle I brought my car in for coolant leak, during the initial inspection they found the engine mount needed replacing. Fast, professional service. Chad was awesome! I highly recommend these guys.

jordan gaudet The Problem: 2005 Jeep Liberty- front caliper was jammed which ruined the rotor, so we needed a totally new front breaking Job on both front tires Quotes: went to 3 different places and got quotes. I had previously bought all the parts to fix it so I just needed the labor. Breaks For Less: $354 Mavis: $550 Precision: $307 So I took it to precision, and the job overall had taken about 2.5 hours. It should have taken less time, but a previous break job done at the Mavis on Coursey on the rear tires had been botched, leaving the caliper bolts to be completely missing so we had to get that situated as well. It was fortunate they noticed that, I had noticed the sound of my calipers coming off a day before so thank goodness they knew what the issue was, otherwise there would have been a wreck soon. They replaced the missing caliper bolts for free, I just had to pay for the part itself which was completely reasonable and only about 25$. I checked out the new gear on the front and they installed everything perfectly, the breaks are working better than ever, and coming here was the best thing I could have done for my Jeep.

Valerie Pikes I took my car by on 6/28/25 to have a diagnostic done on A/C when I left no air at all! I did have Air sometimes but no longer have Air. I took it back today Monday 6/30 and now there saying a sensors is what I need! The story goes father than that but I’m just going to say I will NEVER go back there again. They really got 378.00 out me on Saturday and now Saying 478.00 to get Sensor put on! They want get another nickel out of me! They got me but they will loose more than that! Business not what it used to be! Going Down really fast!!

Shengfeng Li Daryl is incredibly trustworthy and knowledgeable. He repaired my AC in 2023, and it has been working perfectly ever since. In contrast, I had it repaired a year earlier by someone else, and that fix didn’t last long. Today, I attempted a DIY repair on my engine and turned to Daryl for assistance. He generously shared his expertise and offered all the help he could. I truly appreciate his support and highly recommend this shop.

C Patrick Be prepared to wait a very very long time,(we waited a minimum of 2 weeks per visit, out of many many visits) but as for Daryl and the boys? What can I say? Daryl is to be commended, because in a world of high price car repairs, he will ALWAYS go out of his way to make sure that you know EXACTLY what is going on with your vehicle, exactly what to expect as an outcome with repairs. They have all worked on a few of our vehicles and when they are done, we know that they did it correctly because those issues never come up again. This speaks volumes to how thorough they are. They are always busy, which also speaks to how good they are. People go to who they trust. Prices here are not going to be cheap, but you will never get cheap foreign junk parts either. On the expense note, whats your sanity worth? Go to other places first, then let Daryl fix what they broke. Note: I dont write reviews, but I feel in Daryls case, his honesty made this one well warranted.

Russ Charbonnet Had a recommendation to take our car to Clints and was every impressed with this place! The entire staff was extremely professional and courteous! We had an issue with the EVAP system on our Cadillac XT4 and from day one they explained that the EVAP system can be tricky. They worked with us to get us a resolution at the best possible price, and Clint took the time to explain everything in detail to me. We will be using this place going forward for both of our vehicles!

They found a piece of personal information in the dash of a vehicle I use to own and they went out of their way to find me to give it back to me. Super nice guys and very honest of them. If I need any work done in the future, I will definitely be using them, just knowing they are honest seals the deal for me!

Sally Forth I ran over a pair of needle nose pliers and was almost in a real bind! I was able to quickly pull into Auto One and Mr. Neil helped me out! He was so nice and helpful - they didnt have the right size tire to replace it, but he and his guys did an excellent patch job that held overnight til I could get my tire replaced. The shop was so busy and it was close to quitting time, but they helped me and never even seemed like I was inconveniencing them. 10/10 would recommend and would go back (but I hope I dont need to!!)

j g Went in for a patch for my tire since most places were full that Monday morning. Service was done well and relatively quick. Not very happy about the price since most places charge around $20-35 for patching a tire while I was charged $42. Im not sure if thats what places nowadays charge since last time I got a patch it was for $20 about 2 years ago. My tire was also overinflated, and I had to let some air out after the patch was done.

Aimee Jones Gordon & Sandifer did such an amazing job with my truck. They returned my truck looking better than it had in YEARS! They went above and beyond to make sure that my insurance was used completely and squeezed in a few part replacements they didn’t necessarily have to. My truck was only in the shop for 5 days while they took off my entire passenger side, front bumper, and back bumper to be fixed and painted. I would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone that has body damages, especially if it’s an insurance claim. On top of everything the staff was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. 1000/10⭐️
