After paying upwards to 90-120 for just an oil change on my vehicle at other places, I have been coming here ever since for my $45 oil change. S/N: Today, I realized my car had an oil leak. While the oil leak was completely unrelated to my oil change, they took a look at it and topped me off for free.

Alexandria Edwards Though they were very quick the staff was very short and one in particular was very rude thinking I didn’t hear him. I had only ever gotten my dad to change my oil and have never gone anywhere else for my oil to be changed. I had not turned my car off yet after I pulled up, when asked I turned off my car and one of the employees found it necessary to comment “well he can’t change your oil if your car is on dipshit” It was very uncalled for and I will most likely not being going back again

Mee-Maw Mayfaire Got 2 new tires and 4 new tire pressure sensors installed. Walmart auto center employees can install a tire no problem. But something such as a tire pressure sensor proves to be too much for them to handle. First they said they didnt have any on hand but were more than confident they can install them as long as we provided them the sensor. Got ones compatible with my car, showed them to them they confirm once again they can do the job and do it right. But my issue still remained even after the install. They assured me the Tire Pressure Monitor Fault light would go away in due time. It did not. They then tried to claim they cant program the sensors despite saying they could multiple times beforehand. They then try to say its the sensor fault and it was because I got them from Auto zone. They then tried to say they did the best they could but could not for the life of them explain how exactly they confirmed or not of the sensors were good/bad and if they were or werent programmed. Take the car to Walepole Tires and Service. They confirmed that the sensors were installed, but for some reason Walmart had skipped the last step of having the car relearn the new sensors. Which by the way is done with the same device to even confirm they were programmed. I did not care at first if Walmart didnt know how to install them. I just needed to know what they did and did not do in order to tell whether or not further troubleshooting was required and the fault was elsewhere. But they cant even recount what they did in the first place. So unless its something as simple as undoing lug nuts and popping on a new tire, dont do or trust Walmart with anything else unless you want to deal with aftermath of them not completing the simple job on hand and them denying every bit of it every step of the way.

Ashley Leiendecker I have been going to this Walmart to get my oil changed since moving to Ruston but will not be back after today. Every time Ive gone in Ive gotten their cheapest oil change which is a pit crew. Today without telling me they decided that they were going to give me a standard oil change and charge me for this when I did not ask for a standard. Livid I went ahead and paid for it and would return with receipts from previous visits and to speak with a manger. I had already waited an hour at this point. I happened to have receipts from previous visits in my car and took them in and asked to speak with a manger. While waiting for a manager, another employee sat there and tried to tell me that one of the technicians told her thats what I requested. It was not what I requested and he wouldnt even be the one to know what I requested because it was not him who I had talked to. The store managers solution was to instead of giving me a refund for charging me for something I didnt request or ask for, was to bring my car back in and waste more time for them to "re-do" my oil change. Yeah no thanks, I just wont be back.

Catie Williamson I was getting ready to take a trip to Kentucky. I went to get my oil changed. I had 8 cars ahead me of. They told me it would be about a 30-45 minute wait. I was fine with that. About 10 minutes later they called me back and told me where ever I had my oil changed last time they put an oversized oil plug in and they were not able to change my oil. So I took it back to where I had it done the last time. Explained to them what Walmart had told me. They said theyd look at it and let me know. About 20 minutes later they told me my oil plug was in fact NOT oversized. The fact that I was told 30-45 minute wait at Walmart and 10 minutes later they called me back to explain this makes me believe they just did not want to do work. I will not be back.

Erica Cantu Everyone here is so friendly. They were very upfront with us and did great work. They never tried to con us into extra work like you would expect most shops to do, they did extensive testing to see what was actually wrong with our truck instead of just throwing parts at it and I really appreciate that. The mechanics here seem to be very educated on their craft and dedicated to their work.

Kaleigh Howard Yall don’t go here fr. My whole gasket blew after coming here. About 4,000 dollars of service down the drain. Immediately after getting my radiator fixed. And then when ofc I took it back because they were to blame, they gave me this “sucks for you” attitude. Cars totally gone. If you want good service go to the American Muffler Shop. They will take care of it and fast. This place is a horror story

It got to the point were they just wanted me to buy the parts I thought that it needed, and they volunteered to put them on for me.

Janet Elder I was pretty upset when my tire blew out on the highway while on my way to work since it damaged the front of my car. I called AAA to arrange for towing service and they sent Ace Automotive & Towing. The man that showed up was really friendly, helpful and put my safety as a priority. He showed me the damage done to my vehicle and asked me to sit in the tow truck while he got my car loaded. He even assisted me into his truck. I couldn’t have asked for better service or a caring individual to help me in my time of need. He stayed at the shop as well and made sure I was okay before leaving. He was professional and obviously has a lot of experience in his field of work, because he was fast and efficient. I’m definitely keeping his business card on hand, in the event I ever need a tow, jump start or tire change. I will also recommend this company to anyone that needs assistance!

aliatelilith I took my car in to get air conditioning fixed they charged me $95 just to check it, they informed me that the compressor needed to be replaced and it would cost $2,000 in order to get my ac to work again, I couldnt afford that at the time so I just picked up my car and paid the fee to check it. About a week later I took my car to a different mechanic, he said the only thing that needed to be replaced was the sensor, it was completely empty of freon, and they had left the caps off everything, one was located under the windshield wipers. The actual fix for my car ended up costing me $80. I would not trust this place with my car.
