1 /5 Shadon Matire: BEWARE !!!! The workers here need to be investigated and fired. Scamming and cheating players that spend hundreds and thousands here. On 02/05/2024 I witnessed one of the workers who was not wearing a name badge, I’m guessing so you can’t report them. Went over to a customer she personally knew looked down at his number then she walked back behind the counter and announced she would be doing a drawing. She then called a random number 39 and then 99 which was the person she was just standing next to. What a coincidence. They both were looking around to see if anyone saw what happened, well me and another woman did see and of course he tipped her for pulling his number. The worker is dark skinned with burgundy and black shoulder length hair and about 5’3. She works the night shift. I was going to let it go but when I got home I thought about how much money I lose there and how unfair it is for players when the drawings are rigged. Makes me wonder if the machines are rigged. To top it off, I called to report it and Carrie I believe she said her name when she answered said she won’t give me the workers name until I told her why and what I was reporting. After I explain to her what I saw, she quickly said oh no she was getting his ID because he won. If that was the case why announce starting the drawings after you looked at his number then call his number. Carrie gets belligerent and unprofessional on the phone and tells me to call in the morning for a manager. I told her it’s only right to give me her name so customers can make a formal complaint if needed. If you want to be robbed and cheated come play here.
