Caesars Casino - New Orleans Aaron Matherne: Good machines and very clean. The problem I have is the customer service. Not only are they understaffed but most of them are just flat out rude. Dont get me wrong they do have friendly and hardworking staff that suffer bc there is just simply not enough and they have to cover a huge area. I ordered a drink and didnt get it until the third time (3 different servers) I actually ordered it. Great facility, machines, etc...
Staff needs improvement big time!!!!
Cash Magic Westbank - Marrero James Stewart: Machine has went black twice after putting lots of cash inside machine..I was playing the machine in the bonus round and it went black again and nobody could fix the machine. I was told a technician would look at it in the morning.Truly I dont understand how the machine is functioning when cash is inserted but while in the bonus round it malfunctions...In this case what should the outcome be...

Anyway the boiled shrimp and crawfish were overcooked on this visit.
If I remember correctly, it was and all you can eat crawfish thing going on..unfortunately they ran out of crawfish.smh
Metairie Fair Grounds OTB & Casino - Metairie PJ Meunier: I have been going to this OTB for many years at least twice a week. It has always been clean and nice and cool, but the last few months there have been some bad changes. For example, I was there Saturday night and it smelled so bad! It was hot, which didnt help with the smell, and when I asked if it could be made cooler, I was told the thermostat was now kept behind a locked door. I have also always enjoyed the music, the oldies...70s, and 80s, and that was playing when I got there, but soon after the music was changed to R&B. I have never heard R&B there before. Several people were talking about how boring it was. The music was putting me to sleep! I finally asked for a supervisor and she told me she would put the air down, but as far as the music went, she had to please everyone and the music couldnt have bad words. What?! Oldies music doesnt have bad language...
And dont get me started on the filthy bathrooms! It was disgusting. I left and will be going to the one in Elmwood from now on. It smells nice and the staff are so sweet. Maybe you shouldnt have tried to fix something that wasnt broken...
Caesars Palace - Paradise Nand Patel: I had an unforgettable summer vacation at Caesars Palace! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the stunning Roman-inspired architecture, beautiful statues, and elegant fountains that make the entire property feel grand and luxurious.
The casino was lively and exciting, and I loved how there was always something happening. The wide variety of dining options, especially the Bacchanal Buffet, was a real highlight—every meal felt like a feast with fresh, delicious choices.
The location on the Strip is perfect, making it easy to explore, but honestly, I could have spent my whole trip inside Caesars and still had plenty to do. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to make sure I had a great stay. The valet service was quick and efficient, which made getting around so much easier.
Overall, Caesars Palace offers the perfect blend of luxury, entertainment, and comfort. I can’t wait to come back!
Palms Casino & Truck Stop - Chalmette David Oliver: Very good spirit my first time was going there Yesterday. I had The half fried chicken plate delicious it was very good. Even the macaroni and cheese. The salad was good highly recommend.
Chalmette Fair Grounds OTB & Casino - Chalmette Nick Gib: Disgusting and horrible place that thinks it’s okay to stink up nearby businesses with cigarette smoke because morons with no self control just smoke themselves into the grave while they cope with their crippling gambling addiction. This business and its patrons need to get a grip.
