5 /5 Anabel Braziel: Best shrimp and grits ever! This was a wonderful place to eat. It is well worth the drive if you are staying in the city. To start off, the bread was amazing. It had a special butter to match. The deviled eggs were quite unique as well featuring a Cajun flare. The gumbo was equally delicious. However, the shrimp and grits were by far the best thing. The shrimp was sweet and the grits and sauce all blended nicely in this lovely dish. I cannot wait to return (even if the drive is 6 hours). P.S. get one of the cocktails we had two different bloody Mary’s and something with an orange bitter.
