4 /5 Paul Sylvest: BNB Café (Boba–Noodles–Banh Mi) is a gem in Houma for anyone craving authentic Vietnamese flavors. My wife ordered the Combination Pho, and I went with the 6-hour braised Brisket Pho. Both bowls were packed with depth and richness—the brisket was especially tender, and the broth had a slow-cooked quality that you can taste in every spoonful.
We also shared the Combination Fried Rice, which was wonderfully flavorful and satisfying. Portions were generous across the board. I’m usually not one to leave with leftovers, but this time we’re happily bringing some home to enjoy again later.
The atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming, though the dining area was a little on the warm side. Still, it didn’t take away from the overall experience.
We wouldn’t hesitate to return, and I’d highly recommend BNB Café to anyone in the Houma area looking for great Vietnamese cuisine.
