Off The Hook delivered to the expectation and pure enjoyment on every level; food, atmosphere and service with exceptional attitude. Job well done! (I had the summer shrimp special, my friend had the summer shrimp special with fries upgraded to the swamp fries.

5 /5 Taren Johnson: This was my first visit to Off the Hook! It will NOT be my last. The staff is so courteous and friendly. Very inviting and welcoming. They gave me lots of information about the menu options. The staff checks on the customers to see we need anything. They offered to go boxes for my food because they noticed I didn’t finish all of it. I didn’t finish it all because the portions are a very good size and I have enough to eat later. Thank you to the staff at Off the Hook in Houma, Louisiana located on St. Charles Ave. for outstanding service! I strongly recommend this location for good food and excellent service.

5 /5 McGlacom Justin (The Minarchist Militia): Jasmine was absolutely the best front-facing customer service oriented person I have seen in a very long time in a fast food restaurant. she was attentive, considerate, charming and very sweet. Before my food even hit the table I was reaching for my phone to start this review. She should seriously be considered for something in corporate training of other employees! Seriously great job Jasmine! Just had the food and it is excellent! Ive never been to an Off the Hook. Consider me well impressed and I will certainly be back. Great job guys! Thank you for a genuinely pleasant experience.
