5 /5 The Envis Race: I was here for a work trip and I came Here for dinner and had one of the best burritos I’ve ever had. I got the Emilia’s Burrito and I have no regrets. Others on my table got the enchiladas and they really liked them. The complimentary chips and salsa at the beginning were great. I love the thinner type of chips and runnier type of salsa. This place was 100% worth it. I also got fried ice cream and the sopapilla for dessert, which were tasty. At this point you’re thinking I’m a pig and maybe I am. Well when you have excellent food, you have to go all in. Also the prices were excellent. Thanks

5 /5 Gabby: We go here all the time and every time we go it is so delicious!! We have over 20 Mexican restaurants in Cenla and this is by far the best one!! This is authentic Mexican food, the rest of the places around here are more Tex-Mex! Everything you order at Caro’s is bursting with flavor. The service is quick and the workers are extremely nice. Caro’s will always be my first pick!!

5 /5 Shafter St. Cyr: Our server was very polite, great to talk to and the food was amazing. This is coming from someone who doesn’t really eat Mexican food too often. Chicken and shrimp are seasoned to perfection and cooked perfectly. I had the fajita and my wife had a steak burrito.

5 /5 Carla Evitt: Delicious AUTHENTIC Mexican food! Oh my goodness!! We like to try New Mexican food restaurants when we go camping and we will DEFINITELY be back to Caro’s. Friendly staff, amazing food and such an authentic atmosphere. We enjoyed it tremendously!!
