1 /5 Samantha D: I wasnt expecting to have spectacular New York style Chinese food and I suppose that if youre from here and grew up here, this restaurant is what youre used to but Im not. I paid $70 for something that would have cost me $35 at a mall. The pan fried dumplings were some of the worst Ive ever had and Im American Japanese. So bland. I ordered the sesame chicken which looked like a lunch portion. And the rice could have been more than two cups. The Curry Chicken was the worst one I have ever eaten. No sauce and it tasted like the curry powder wasnt dissolved so you were eating powder.
Thankfully, Im going to be able to fix that tomorrow with some S&B Curry. They charge you extra for everything, even condiments and the ones they give you are tiny. And the egg wonton soup. I dont even know what I was eating. I hope it doesnt give me food poisoning. Not worth the price for the portions or the taste. I gave them another chance after eating there once and living here for 7 years. I wont make that mistake again.
