2 /5 Tina LaCourAntee: Went there Friday afternoon and ordered a small yogurt with pecans & strawberries & whipped cream & regular yogurt & asked for extra strawberries. There was no whipped cream. There weren’t any extra strawberries. And the strawberries must’ve had water in them bc there was watery liquid in my cup, too. There weren’t very many pecans either. For the price I paid, I definitely expected more than what I got. The other times I’ve been there I went in and ordered and had better results. Maybe this is normal for drive thru but it wasn’t good service. The staff was friendly. The yogurt was good. The strawberries weren’t sweet. And the place looked clean. I’ll try them maybe 1 more time.

5 /5 mlady c: My daughter loves this place!!! Small nice setting area, great customer service, and great options. She’s only tried the vanilla frozen yogurt with added toppings but I really think she prefers this over a milkshake now. A little pricey but can be a nice treat occasionally.

5 /5 Bo Knows: Ive found my new FAVORITE PLACE! Ive been living in Natchitoches for about 6 months now and always pass this yogurt shop, but until recently I never thought to check it out until the other day...I got the Salted Caramel frozen yogurt and OMG! TRULY DELICIOUS! Im not even a huge frozen yogurt or yogurt in general fan but it is SOOOO GOOD that I now get a dish every other day! Today I went to check out the food selections and ended up getting the Tuna on Jalapeno Sourdough and BABYYYYY IT WAS EVERYTHING! That sandwich was the best thing Ive had in a WHILE because Im kinda picky when it comes to food but they did NOT disappoint! Im LITERALLY about to go back to get another Tuna sandwich just because its so freaking good! The bread is delicious on its own. The tuna tastes like somebodys aunt is in the kitchen, the yogurt is SOOOO freaking creamy & tastes SO rich & decadent! I GENUINELY LOVE THIS PLACE and will be going back there for lunch from now on! No shade to Shop A Lott, but if youre in the area for food PLEASE give Culture Counter a try before getting the overpriced small portioned fried foods at that convenience store! I dare you to take the chance because you will not regret it! Also, the staff are so kind and helpful and patient, Ive been there 3 times so far and EVERY SINGLE TIME theyve been so nice & took care of me with the best service! Kudos to whoever owns this place and all the employees! You now have a customer for LIFE! ❤️
