1 /5 Carolyn Jones: This was my very first time ordering from Dominos. It was also my last time. Absolutely the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Ordered on-line. Arrived and was not acknowledged for about 15 minutes. Another customer arrived, asked how long Id been waiting. I told her, she told me she hadnt been able to order on-line and no one was answering the phone. Finally, she asked if someone would acknowledge us and give us service. A female employee who was working saw her and said, "We are busy and will get to you." Both the lady and I looked at each other, shocked at the tone this employee used with us, the customers. As the woman was about to leave, that female employee very rudely and sarcastically yelled, "HAVE A NICE DAY!" The manager was listening to the customers complaint and the female repeated, "HAVE A NICE DAY, rudely. The manager told her "That was uncalled for and that he was taking care of it and no one needs her yelling." The female made a few other unnecessary comments under her breath. Thats when I decided I no longer wanted my order. Shortly thereafter, a cashier asked me if I was ordering or had an on-line order? I told her, "On-line, but I wanted to cancel my order." She helped me and returned my order to the rude employee who took it and with a "I dont give a care, not my money" attitude, threw it in the garbage. I complained to the manager who informed me he didnt need to tell me how he would deal with it, after I told him her Attitude was why I canceled my order and I left, went across the street to Pizza Hut and waited while they prepared my order. This was the worst!!!!!
