5 /5 Ryan: The food is AMAZING, but what stands out the most is how unbelievably sweet and attentive the staff are. I just walked in to pick up a to-go order and Erica (the woman behind the counter) could see by looking at my face that I was in a sad place. She came around the counter and gave me the best hug I’ve received in probably years. She took the time out to talk with me and assure me that this sadness will fade and I will smile again. Great food and amazing customer service. All at a very affordable price. You can’t ask for more.

Our male serve was very polite, professional and on time with our needs. We appreciate him so much. Our experience at El Flamingo was amazing. Our first turn into many times.
