Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Mansfield (LA)

1 /5 J N: I was told to that I had wait for 15 minutes for my food to be cooked and to drive around to the front, 13 minutes in a crowd of people go inside and come out with their chicken I waited an additional 5 minutes and drove around to the window and asked how everyone else is getting their food before me, I was then told that my chicken was spicy and theirs was original so I said okay well is my food ready because it’s been more than 15 minutes now and then she tells me it will be another 15 minutes, which made no sense to me. They gave my chicken away, and forgot about me when they got busy, I asked for a refund. The night manager she did not speak or apologize , she slammed the window shut and put in for my refund she didn’t even look just handed my money out of the window. I just snatched my money n left. She was rude and I want blame the younger kids that work there, because they were following her orders.

1 /5 Janelle Couch: Went through drive thru this evening and the lady that was taking the order was rushing us through it and was rude. She had an attitude and would not let us order all legs as we were willing to pay if there was a difference in the money. She even stopped taking our order and informed us that someone else was going to have to take the order. Second employee gets on speaker and was just as rude and rushed the order as well. We get to the window and the place looks horrible inside. VERY unclean and disorganized. I thought well maybe they are rushing us through the ordering process because they were busy but that was not the case as there was only 1 family inside and no one in line. We will never return and I warn others to beware.

3 /5 Caz: Cold chicken old tasting fries and a dirty place. We love Popeyes but while moving through LA this one we stopped at in Mansfield LA was not worth the stop. The folks working there were friendly enough but we came for the food.

3 /5 Yungsmrf Xx: Coming during the day is cool. Dont waste your time pulling up after 8:30 pm they are always out of 90% of the menu

1 /5 Chris Hayes: Pull through The drive thru 2 hours before closing time and they are out of everything except wings they even had to check to see if they ha enough for 2 12 piece orders the buffalo wings are powdered not sauce and apparently even though its advertised all over the building they say they no longer sell boneless wings and didnt even have any dipping sauce
