1 /5 TN98: The food is usually good. But two times in a row, I ordered on the mobile app and went inside and told them my name. Both times, the orders took 40 minutes to receive the food. And there has been at least one thing missing both times. Back in January of 2025, it took 57 minutes to get my food, and they said it was my fault because I didnt tell them my name when I came in. That was a bold face lie, and I confronted them about it, and they just said whatever. On the bright side, nobody that was on that shift is working there anymore.

1 /5 NICKEETA JOHNSON: Terrible customer service I order 12 ghost pepper wings, I didn’t get all my wings on top of that, they gave boneless and dry tenders. I tried to eat them because I just got off a long road trip but the wings wasn’t fresh, so I went back so they can correct my orders the manager tell me that she only can give me a certain amount of wings and I keep explaining to her that I only ate 3 and realised that I can’t because of the horrible taste. She decided not to give me food and talking about it’s the policy. I asked her for her name and she took her name tag off and didn’t say.

1 /5 Alan Jacoby: The employee working the cash register could care less if he’s working or not and makes it known. I had to repeat my order three times because he wouldn’t stop talking to other employees. I ordered the small mashed potatoes and gravy with my meal and an additional large red beans and rice. When I showed up to my hotel and pulled the food out, there was barely any mashed potatoes and gravy as you can see from the photo and I was given a small red beans and rice even though I paid for the large.

1 /5 Hunter Rayborn: My last visit I waited in line for 31 minutes to just for them to get my order wrong. I ordered on the app and wanted the apple chilled drink but then they tell me that they dont sell that at Popeyes... So they offered me a lemonade. I dont know what happened to the lemonade they gave me instead but it tasted so foul. And they also forgot my wifes two sides and just gave her chicken. (I had to go inside for my drinks after they parked me for the 31 minutes because they didnt give us the drinks at the window.) I love Popeyes, always have. But this place is ran poorly.

5 /5 Emma Garcia: This Popeyes has the best food ever, it’s very clean, and most of all the employees are so friendly and funny. Me and some other people were the only ones in there so we got to talk it up with the employees, we were cracking jokes and making videos it was a blast. It was so fun that leaving was hard. I 100% recommend going there!
