Roundhouse Bar and Grill - Gretna (LA)

3 /5 K RV: While staying at the Holiday Inn, Gretna, we had breakfast buffet at Roundhouse Bar and Gill, which is part of the hotel. Service was friendly. They had no cream cheese to go with bagels. Scrambled eggs were OK. Sausage was extremely salty.

3 /5 FDW: I was told that the wings were great. Since it was raining and I was staying at the hotel, I decided to give them a shot. They were “ok” at best. The fries were not cooked all the way and I ordered a Moscow Mule a the pic that you see is what I got. It was terrible. Fresh lime juice was not used, maybe some type of sweet n sour. The glass was too big for the drink and a copper cup was not used. It was “wing Wednesday” and 6 little wings were $10. I wouldn’t eat here again. However, the server Josh was nice.

1 /5 Kristy Gregory: Only in server worker. Okay not her fault. She would hide in the back just to have to not do anything. Drinks came out slower than our food. There were 15 open tables and instead of taking orders to the few customers waiting she decided to bus tables. Horrible horrible service

4 /5 Gloria Nieto: I was a little reluctant to try this place since it had negative reviews but Im really happy I did. I ordered the burger and it was delicious along with the fries that had an awesome spice to them.I know some people will say you cant mess up a burger and fries but I have been to plenty of "Burger joints" that didnt taste this good. While they are short staffed she was handling things very well being the manager, cook, server, and bartender and her attitude with all the stress of that was amazing. I have worked in the food industry for years and have seen servers who cant handle 1 tbl. This lady did an amazing job and Ill be back to try something else. Sorry the pic was after I started eating haha!

5 /5 Valarie Crawford: I had dinner tonight with my daughter and Pam was our waitress. She was very sweet and took care of our table well. The food was good. I ordered a strawberry margarita and the bartender Jet did a wonderful job at making my drinks. We are staying at the attached hotel for the night so having a good place to come to dinner is a plus!
