5 /5 Tammy: Coming back to Baton Rouge—I had to stop at The Chimes — and wow, it’s still just as amazing as I remembered. Some places change, but The Chimes feels timeless.
I kicked things off with the Sautéed Crab Fingers — crab claws in white wine garlic butter with parsley. Honestly, that sauce alone is worth the trip.
Then came my entrée: the Salmon Alfredo. Perfectly cooked salmon over creamy alfredo pasta, with a warm bread roll on the side. Comfort food at its finest.
Walking back in after all these years felt like nothing had changed — the food, the vibe, the memories. The Chimes is still the spot that makes Baton Rouge feel like home.
