5 /5 Blanche Poirier: I have always been pleased with ordering pastalaya here…until I purchased a small bucket for our New Year’s Day guests. I also asked for extra meat, which the owner of the franchise allows. But when we opened the bucket, it was probably 10% meat and 80% pasta. We were very disappointed. Maybe it was my mistake to ask for extra meat and maybe I should check before I leave. Our experience there is usually very positive.

5 /5 Rose Bud: We ordered a take out dinner…… I got the sausage and chicken jambalaya and my husband got the pork and sausage jambalaya……. It came with white beans, potato salad, and a dinner roll. It was delicious and the prices are great for the amount of food they give you. Sorry I didn’t get any pics but I will definitely be going back. The service was great and the atmosphere was welcoming.

1 /5 Jeunese Henderson: I ordered Tuesdays special which was pork roast with rice and gravy and there were literally two sample sized pieces of meat on my plate. It was more like a rice and gravy plate with 2 sides. Literally no meat as you can see. I am not sure if this is the normal portion size or if they ran out of meat and just didnt mind to ask me if I wanted something else instead . Their food is normally good.

5 /5 Hunter Grezaffi: With all the craziness from the recent weather, I didn’t realize I was completely out of my back stock of gumbo until Sunday. By the time I made it to one store—and then another, and another—I knew I was out of luck. No chicken, no sausage, no hope of making my own gumbo. But Monday evening, on my way home from work, I decided to stop by The Jambalaya Shoppe in Brusly, and let me tell you, it was the best decision I’ve made in a while! The gumbo was absolutely delicious—rich, flavorful, and perfectly spiced. It was exactly what I needed to save the day (and my week!). The convenience of grabbing a bucket without compromising on that homemade quality was a lifesaver. I’ll definitely be back, and next time, I’ll know where to go first when I’m in a gumbo pinch!

5 /5 ELIZABETH ROSADO: It was my first time ever in the State of Louisiana. The store was clean and the employees were friendly and very attentive. They gave us some samples before we place an order. It was my first time trying Jambalaya and it was Delicious!!!!!
