5 /5 Monica Esparza: During our road trip from Alabama to Texas, we made an unexpected stop at a restaurant that turned out to be a delightful surprise. As we are quite picky eaters, we approached the menu with caution. I decided to try the blackened fish tacos, but when they arrived, I was disappointed to find that they barely contained any fish.
After sharing my concern with the waiter, I was pleasantly surprised by their prompt response. The waiter addressed the issue immediately, ensuring I felt heard. To my delight, the manager came over shortly after, displaying a friendly demeanor and genuine willingness to help. They quickly rectified the situation, bringing out a new order that was not only plentiful but delicious as well.
In light of the exceptional customer service and the quality of food we ultimately received, I would give this restaurant a solid 5 stars. The prices were very reasonable considering the generous portions and flavorful dishes. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dining experience. Without a doubt, I would advocate for this restaurant 100%.
