Whataburger - Natchitoches (LA)

1 /5 Janice Gilmore: Service is awful waited in drive thru line for almost 45 minutes and didn’t even get to place an order. Not the first time this has happened. Will not be back, will drive another hour to wait to eat. They need a new manager and more people to work. This is uncalled for in a fast food restaurant.

5 /5 Aleksandra Morel: I had grilled chicken sandwich and it was so delicious. Cooked while I was waiting, it was hot and juicy. Friendly staff. If you are traveling from LA to DFW this location is right off the highways with convenient stores and gas stations right next to it. It is clean inside, including the bathrooms.

1 /5 DANNY DEBORD: Horribly understaffed for 7 pm on a Friday night, servers are nice but the line for inside dining was 8 deep. It was more like waiting at a doctor’s office than fast food. If you would like to wait 20 minutes for a drink and a fry this is your place.

4 /5 Judy Wallace: Natchitoches,La Whataburger was just decent. Ate around 4pm and the restaurant was dirty inside and outside. No excuse for this. The person that brought our food out didnt know what black pepper was when I asked him for some! What are these employees smoking? Trash in bathroom everywhere, trash laying around dirty tables on a Saturday at 4pm. Only one other customer eating inside. My overall impression was no one there working to supervise these young adults. When taking our order they chatted amongst themselves like we werent even standing there ordering! Terrible management or not properly supervised.

1 /5 Deborah Calhoun: I ordered a whataburger with cheese. Hardly any Lettuce, no onions, and no cheese. This is the only Whataburger that I have ever been disappointed in! I will not go back to this one. The ones is Shreveport are awesome.
