Katriece Johnson Took my truck here to have catalytic converter changed along with an ignition coil they overcharged me and did not put everything back under my hood. Left parts unloosened and my truck was ideling way too high. Not pleased at all with this poor service. Would not recommend to anyone ever!!

gissel ortega I wish if I can put 0 stars but unfortunately I cannot I took my car to this shop to get it fix and I ended getting no car with me he was working on the car and then stopped working on it he put my car outside with the rest of his cars and didn’t let me know it was outside exposed then he call us to tell us that our tires have been stolen we told him to call the police and make a report he said no so we call the police to make a report and then a couple days later they stoles the car and again he didn’t want to make a police report nor give us the security camera videos that he said he had, when the police arrive he said the cameras weren’t working. I wouldn’t recommend leaving your car in the hands of this two irresponsible guys Yaser / Akram they have lack of communication between them two one doesn’t tell the other what’s going on the shop and the other just wash his hand saying oh my brother(Akram) didn’t tell me anything. If you want problem after problem in your vehicle or your vehicle stolen this is definitely the right place to leave ir since they very professional at if. SEE YOU IN COURT.

Mitchell Called them in the morning about having my wheel bearings done and they were finished by 2. Let me test drive it myself to ensure the steering wheel wobble was gone before I paid. Highly recommend!!

Gina Minor I had a blow out on Hooper rd. Knowing that I physically could not change my tire. I slowly drove to Juneaus . By the time I pulled in I was in tears knowing I had ruined my rim. The two men took care of me putting my spare on and telling me about my rim. I asked him how much I owed him, he kindly said I am not going to write a ticket for this. I had 2 ten dollar bills in my wallet. I handed him the two tens and said its been a rough few days. He said no this is too much, I said I appreciate this more than you know. Later I was putting a file folder back in my glove box and my 2 ten dollar bills were right there. Needless to say I cried at the act of kindness I was shown. Two men working the day after Christmas, I was hoping they would use the cash for lunch but instead returned the money to me . Forever grateful.

Spencer Drury After a small coolant leak finally led to my 2008 Range Rover with 150K miles to overheat, I was forced to park it at my house in Prairieville and find a good mechanic shop nearby to tow it to. After the first highly recommended shop wouldn’t work on a Land Rover, they referred me to Paretti Land Rover…which also wouldn’t work on it because it was over 10 years old. They recommended me to an established foreign auto repair shop in Baton Rouge. One would think this was a good recommendation, but this place absolute ripped me off head-to-toe AND messed up way worse than it was when I put it on the tow truck. After two “corrections” I finally just paid them way too much just to get it out of their hands before they did even more damage. From that shop, I had to take it to another established foreign repair shop in Baton Rouge where it sat for several weeks because the owner could not simply give me an idea of how much it might* cost… Since I work in Central, my dad told me to go talk to Ryan at Juneau’s Auto Repair. From a simple conversation, I knew I had found the right mechanic. And although he projected it would take a month before he could repair it and couldn’t fully predict the total cost, he finished it WAY early, with Land Rover parts from Paretti, discovered how the first foreign repair shop messed up my intake, gave me the physical proof, and did 4x the work for much more reasonable price than I was charged by the first two shops to make the problem 10x worse. Ryan was a meticulous communicator from start to finish. I have found my new mechanic shop for life!

Michael Baldwin Super good people. I was having issues with my truck a/c. No shops around were able to get me in for a couple of days. Luckily the sweet lady at the dealership referred me to Bass automotive. They were waiting on me when I arrived. They treated me EXCELLENT! There are still great people in this world. I can’t thank the folks over at Bass enough. Next time I’m coming thru Louisiana I will stop by just to see them. Thank you all again.

Alpha Bravo Ive drove my truck on July 16 and Im still waiting now ( 13 Aug 2024 ). There excuse was they were backed up. One of the staff members mention they might work on my truck on the 22 July, and they said the same thing today(13 August. They do good work, but the wait is crazy.If they are backed up and if they cant give you a striaght answer, find someone else. Update, got my truck back today ( 16 August 2024 ).

Angie Hebert Mr. Carrol and his team are amazing. I get a fairly quick appointment and Mr. C always calls with the diagnosis and questions for further evaluation. A friend recommended this shop and I get my old car fixed and keep it running.

Chris Walters Mr. Carroll is the best around. Always fair and honest. They communicate well and make sure you understand what its going to cost. They do the work fast and reliably. I have had the AC in both of my familys vehicles, and we havent had a problem since. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any car repairs. Just make sure to call ahead because thats what happens when you run a reliable, good mechanics shop, they get BUSY!

Yolanda Rena Rankins I have only ever taken my vehicle to the BMW dealership in Metairie. However, I had an issue to arise and I had no choice but to find a certified mechanic shop here in Baton Rouge. Vannak did an awesome job. I just love Hais professionalism. They are very reasonable and for most things extremely fast. I have not been back to Metairie for anything since Vannak was recommended to me.

clarence pridgen ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve always taken my cars to the dealership for service, but since moving to Louisiana, I’ve been disappointed—dealerships here just don’t meet my standards. I own a Range Rover, two Mercedes, and two BMWs, and I don’t mind paying for quality service. What I do mind is paying and not getting what I paid for. I used to drive an hour to New Orleans just to get proper service—until someone referred me to Roger at VIP Auto Repair. From the first phone call, Roger was transparent and honest. When I brought my Range Rover in, he took the time to explain everything in detail. He wasn’t just trying to sell me unnecessary work—he was upfront, knowledgeable, and had every tool the dealership has (and more). His service is top-notch, and I left 100% satisfied. As long as I’m in Louisiana, I won’t take my cars anywhere else. VIP Auto Repair has earned my trust.

Jonathan Walker EDIT: 8years later after I first posted this review, Loc and the Airline Auto team are still the best. Another good experience yesterday. Did 1 weeks work in 1 day, and could have charged me 2x. Good, Christian, people. Theyve done right by my family and me for nearly 20years. Honest and no nickle and diming. - - - - - Great value and quality, honest, customer service. Took a little while (1.5 weeks), but well worth the wait. Car (2011 Malibu) wouldnt start. Ran terribly even after jumpstart. Battery had exploded, I thought the alternator was bad, and expected the worst. Zach suggested replacement of the battery cable, then go from there. It was bad, and it killed the battery in the process. Alternator was fine. I also was worried about my brakes, because I heard some squealing, but Zach and the Airline Auto team checked them out and vetted them good-to-go, for free. I will definitely go back to Airline Auto the next time I need serious auto work. They treated me right. I paid $396 total, when I feared $1,500.

Alexis Turner WARNING $1,190.67 WASTED Do not come to this shop. Over the course of ~ 2 weeks, I have visited this shop a total of 4 times for my A/C. Monday 6/3:They did their own diagnostics and came to the conclusion that it was the compressor. Fine, thats $797.62. As Im leaving the shop before I even hit the light I noticed my car making a noise it wasnt previous. They take a look and apparently it was the tensioner. Thats 257.43 all in one day. By Thursday the A/C was no longer cool. I call back Im told to bring it in. Id do on 6/8 apparently the compressor THEY INSTALLED was faulty. Its covered by the “warrenty”. By 6/9 the A/C was no longer cold. I called on 6/10 and Im told to come in. 6/15 I go back to the shop because I had work during the week. This time its a leak on the high side port and it needs a new cap. Thats 135.62. I drive my car home and park it. Here we are 6/17 and my A/C isnt cold. I call wanting a refund. Im told to come in and let the look AGAIN. I go in after a long day at work. They look and they “cant find out whats wrong”. I ask for a refund and Im told they will give me 135.62. Thats not even the cost of the labor! Do not come here!!!

Jake Spinella Absolutely worth the 60+ mile drive!!! I brought my vehicle to Turbo Auto Repair for a complex electrical issue, and they went above and beyond. The team was incredibly thorough, walking through every step of the diagnosis and keeping me informed the entire way. They not only fixed the issue with the transmission shift but also helped file a warranty claim and continued chasing down every lingering issue until it was 100% right. I even had a chance to peek behind the scenes! It’s clear these guys know their stuff and care about doing the job right. They were honest, extremely knowledgeable, and treated me like a real human being, not just another ticket. The shop may not look *flashy* from the outside, but don’t let that fool you because it’s filled with professionals who take pride in what they do. I’ll absolutely make the drive again in the future. Turbo Auto is the real deal.

Baker Lerolyn “Necee” Turbo Auto Repair was able to diagnose my vehicle and get the job done. My new vehicle was still under factory warranty with Chevrolet/General Motors (21,000 miles) but the water pump was on back order with no expected date of availability. The owner was able to order the water pump with no problem and replace my water pump. He promised me he could get the job done and he delivered. The owner is very efficient, professional, and about his business. He will get the work done and get you back on the road. Very busy shop but it’s worth it! Even though he stays busy with vehicles, he still gets the job done in a very timely manner(same day and if not same day, next day). Thanks Turbo Motor Repair!!!!!! Now I am back to enjoying my 2023 Chevrolet Trailblazer!!!!!!

Liz Caputa I needed help with some work with my car. I started my search with a shop I had been with for over 40 years. Today, instead of what options, I was being lead to an option where insurance would pay for it, instead of using skill And other options. I left disappointed as this was fixable. I called Christian Brothers and explained my issue. Jennifer invited me in to take a look. While their shop did not do the kind of work I needed she directed to a place that would provide sound options and not break the bank. Y the end of the day, my car looks great and runs wonderful as she referred me to a great service department that listened to my concerns. Daniel McGrath Very, very busy place! Yet, despite all the seemingly chaos, they have really good communication and service! I definitely recommend them. I received a diagnostic & cost breakdown prior to work via text and phone call, then I approved the work online. The next day I received a phone call and text the next day when service was complete.
