Tam Tran I had such a great experience to get a tip welded onto my muffler. They were super friendly, and improvised things to work on my low car that couldnt fit on their lift. Every step of the way, they made sure the work was coming out the way I liked it, and made adjustments whenever I asked for it. They never gave up on anything, and willing to attempt what I asked. And priced very fairly!

ronnie kennedy About six months ago, I brought my car here to get looked at after a wrecked after they viewed my car. It was totaled. They didn’t put all my parts back in my car. I didn’t know until months later when I went to fix my car, I noticed it was missing a lot of parts so I really can’t say too much but if you do have anything done to your car at the shop be aware check every little screw every little mold. I will definitely check and I will definitely let all my friends and family know about the shop. Nice people looks like a nice shop, but I will be aware next time. Will let them know thanks

Cynthia Goodmon My Kia was damaged by a tornado and needed bodywork from top, front side and back. Kirk was upfront with the best and worst case timing of parts. Very trusted family owned business with great customer service. They handled all the paper work with the insurance company. The staff did a fantastic job on repairing and painting my vehicle. Paint matched perfectly, "look brand new". Highly recommend. Thank you

kimani Ramee Chance collision is very UNPROFESSIONAL. The owner tells you that your car will be ready one day and it’s not ready. Mr.James do not know how to communicate he will ignore your calls and get upset when you tell him he’s unprofessional and that’s not how you do business. He hangs up and tells you now you’re not getting your car until you learn how to talk to him after he was well compensated from my insurance company. Once I pull up to get my car , he brings it out after 30 minutes. While driving the car, the car comes to a complete stop. I had to buy a battery . The car is falling apart, it stops in the middle of me driving and parts are falling off the car. I contacted him and he says “ Man that’s not right, I will get at my team for that” “ Let me order those clips and the clips come in. I’ll call you so I can put them on.” This company was very unprofessional and my car is still not fixed . Instead of apologizing and making it right , he makes a thousand excuses. The car is not fixed , I still have old parts on my car and missing parts, he was well compensated by my insurance company $9,700. Also I have texted messages of him agreeing that my car was not fixed correctly and he will get on his team about it.

Evelyn Adams I called on Thursday and set up a time for them to replace my windshield. The appt was for between 11 and 1 on Friday. At 1:30, I called as no one had showed up yet. I was told they were running behind but that I was definitely on the schedule. I called back at around 4 and a couple of times after. No one answered. I left a message asking for a return call. No one called. I called this morning, and it sounded like the call was declined. No voicemail came on or anything. I wanted to give them an opportunity to straighten things out, but since their response has been to ghost me, I am leaving this review. Ill find someone more reliable and professional to replace my windshield.

Theresa Kim They’re dishonest about the cost of parts. Make sure you do your own research on pricing on auto parts before you get a quote from them. They tried to lie about serial numbers to try to deter me from looking up prices of parts. Very shady.

Stella Pinera Brought my cat to Run and Drive they had my car for 11 days and never went back to correct the mistake that there dynasties text claims what was wrong with my car, we kept calling asking about our car because we have cameras in our car so we can see whats being done, He had never started doing nothing he kept telling us we keeping him from trying to get to the problem, Well what he didnt know I have cameras in my car it let know he wasnt repairing my car and nothing wasnt done than he was ruled with lies.
