1 /5 Evelyn Adams: I called on Thursday and set up a time for them to replace my windshield. The appt was for between 11 and 1 on Friday. At 1:30, I called as no one had showed up yet. I was told they were running behind but that I was definitely on the schedule. I called back at around 4 and a couple of times after. No one answered. I left a message asking for a return call. No one called. I called this morning, and it sounded like the call was declined. No voicemail came on or anything.
I wanted to give them an opportunity to straighten things out, but since their response has been to ghost me, I am leaving this review.
Ill find someone more reliable and professional to replace my windshield.
