Also they answer the phone and return your calls within an hour. Theyre very friendly and all in all theyre good and honest people who are running a reputable business. Id like to that K&I Tires and the dude who works at Cars who referred me to Terrys.

supplydiva83 Recently had work done here at the shop. My rear bumper was repaired along with two pieces on my front windshield! Lowest prices in town, truck looks new again and great customer service!!! Highly recommend! Because Leesville is a small town, repair shops will charge an arm and leg to repair your vehicle bc their is very little competition. So thankful this place was recommended to me, so want to spread the word.

Shane Perkins They are great mechanics and can fix just about anything mechanically but in my experience they have dealt a fair amount of cosmetic damage in the process. I’ve gotten my car back before with scuffs in the plastic and tears in my leather seats. I recently got it back again with a crack in the windshield. It’s disappointing that they are so good at what they do but don’t seem to care for the integrity of the vehicle as long as the fix what you bring it to them for.

LingHao Hang I got there during lunchtime,just waited 14min, since there was a car ahead of me, imagine buy oil 35, buy filter 8 box,and time of clothes change if do myself, also the lift fee. This place have the best deal, definitely will come back

Delaney McGaffic Had a great experience with the managers at the auto center today! I must say at first quite a few things went wrong (but everyone makes mistakes) and I had to wait a few hours on an oil change, but at the end the manager was more than happy to fix the situation! It just goes to show that there can always be a positive in a negative situation. I saved some money, a new employee learned a lesson, and I got to interact with some really friendly people so overall Im a happy customer and will be back!

Avalos Ernie “MFD” I didnt use his service but I had to do a business transaction with him. Something that he did not have to do on a Sunday but did it for a person that was in need. He seemed like a good genuine person and if his Louisiana charm and wit are any indication of how he performs maintenance on vehicles, I definitely be going there all the time!

William Bartenstein I rented a Uhaul cargo trailer. I didn’t see the screw in my tire until I had the trailer loaded. Danny Roshong was called to come out and help me. Top notch service and highly skilled. I highly recommend Danny Roshong if you need any roadside assistance.

Robert Vaughn They create problems. Car only needed one thing done too which was the A/C they made it worse on purpose to squeeze money out of me. I have 2 inspections done prior to the A/C by Firestone and was told both times car is in tip top shape under the hood. These people claimed I needed parts changed and really I didn’t. They are money squeezing greeders be careful

Robert Smith I will not be going back here. I got cussed and threatened for no reason. The couple that own this shop also own shady hill RV park. I got laid off from offshore and behind on bills but before I did I had bought a lift kit for my jeep and asked how much it would cost for them to install it. All I needed was labor and was quoted $300 or $400. I left it with the shop and when I came home from offshore it cost nearly 2x the amount as quoted. They said the mechanic worked on it for 12 or more hours. The kit had every nut,bolt,washer,everything a home mechanic would need and only 4-6hrs to install. Once I got it then it is worse than what it was before. No alignment. No nothing. They said to bring it to them and they only threatened to "ruin my life" and to get off the property. They will never do any more of my work. They will rip you off at any chance they get. I am still trying to fix my vehicle and all that they messed up. I am a mechanic myself and will never let them do anymore of my work. Ill also pass the information on to other people and companys to what they are doing and what they did to me. Worst shop ever!!!

Kobie Bailey Do not I do repeat do not give them your business they are crooks. Charged me 400 for an exhaust job. A week later the x pipe welds busted and cracked the owner cussed me and refused to fix it. And l then tried to charge me extra to replace.

Anthony Cinelli Had waited for over an hour for AAA to find a truck to get my truck out of a sand pit I had found myself stuck in with no ETA from AAA. Mr. Hilton answered our call for rescue at 9pm and was there within 20 minutes. Was extremely fair with the price given the situation I had gotten my truck into and was friendly about the whole process. If you need a tow or off road recovery, this is the guy to get you back on the road.

Okoh The best mechanic located outside Fort Johnson (Polk). Ray (a veteran) and Erick were amazing, and had the best rate compared to the other auto shops around the base. Definitely going to be back for more works to be done - Great customer service and attentive - Amazing rate - Professional and great attitude - open Mondays - Fridays - specifically look out for the needs of soldiers in terms of auto maintenance.

III Manuel “Review what I see” We used Gary to find out why check engine light came on he found that the thermostat was not functioning properly. This man is amazing to watch work. He has everything he need with him to run diagnostic on a vehicle . He is very friendly and makes sure you understand what your problem is and what he feels is the best plan to fix your problem. He is very honest and fair and prompt if he tells you I will be there(at your house or where ever you need him to come to) at a time you can set you clock by him getting there. He keeps everything very clean as he is making repairs and he is very reasonable on his prices. We will continue to use him . Thank you Mr.Gary for you services .

Stephen Wood The repairs took less time than expected, and the service was great. The only draw I can see is that they are in the middle of nowhere on a dirt road. I would still take my vehicle there for any repairs. The service and quality of work alone are worth it.

I was in that week, thank goodness. I had an appointment at 0830, and my car was taken back upon arrival. The gentleman got to work and had me out in no time. Thank you so much.

Van Thinking they are finally out of business... First time I called, they answered their phone once, told me they would be out to replace my glass the next week, but never showed. I called 3-4 times after that and it rolled to voicemail with no callbacks. Finally today, no voicemail. Bad customer service for sure!!

Richard Culpepper I like T&Ms because it doesnt take a long time to get your oil changed. They know what kind of oil you need ( if you dont) that your car or truck takes. Get the full service, and they check everything from filters to tires. The service personnel and lady in the office are super nice and treat you like family.

T Sellers I had a problem that I didnt know about at the time I went un for my oil change and it was very severe but, they pointed out quickly... as I was getting my oil change. They told me that I needed to get it fixed right away and so, I did. I thank them for that because it was a life in-depth situation that could have occurred.
