Aaron Michaels I was given a price to change all 4 break pads. Then the price doubled being told both rear calipers where locking up. I was upset as I thought I was being ripped off. Once I arrived and inspected the part. Sure enough it was in need of replacement. I pissed the old man off by not trusting him. He had integrity! He was honest! I eneded up taking home to fix myself. Happy I found an honest repair shop! Sad I pissed them off. Sorry guys! Long story short. They will tell you whats wrong and fix it. If you want partial work they will send you home, as they should.

courtney galvan Brought my fiances truck in yesterday to get aligned. It was my first time there and every employee was very nice and welcoming. Service was not only exceptional but did not have a long wait time. Then today I brought my car in to have a little repair done. The staff welcomed me back by first name and service was quick again! Highly recommend to go here due to how friendly and how well the service is. They really take care of their customers

Jarrod Obey I took my truck there to rebuild my transmission.kept my truck for a month.i called and they said my truck was ready after almost doubling the price.go to pick it up.truck still run the same.no tool marks.didnt do any work .stole 1500,00 bucks from me.then told the cops I didnt give him any money.call my witness.the cop heard him say I did give that thief a roll of money.cop did nothing.dont eber bring ya cqr there.they will steal you money añthe cops will do nothing even with proof.if you have a vehicles over there at this time.you better go get it today or you will be sorry.and they wonder why they arent welcome herearent arent welcome here

But this place is so money hungry they dont care about customer service or about loyalty...Let me tell u I took my truck to the dealership for a recall on my door , so why I am there I gets a oil changed.. I found out a month later my car thew a rod because it didnt have any oil in it .. I call the the dealership they didnt want to take responsibility, I call the Darby who I bought it from they quoted me a price of a engine..frfrf Did I tell u I still owe 19,000 on the vehicle , so they wanted me to buy a engine replaced it and keep up with my payments...Then they threatened me to worne my credit, so I had no choice but to call them to pick the vehicle because the engine did die ...So u tell me ??? Is this a good company to get a car from ????

Desiree Osborn I decided writing about your auto shop to asking u few questions, I am lady, not mechanic person, ok. I am deaf. My finacé passed away few months ago, he been helps me lots to fix our vehicles in pasts he doing mostly than me. I knew little about car repair. I can get a parts to fixed that my car for transmission fluid exchange? I worrying about costs me. I hate greedy mechanics did messed up with me before at other shop I never like but other shop for oil change they are amazing but worry about transmission issues. I asked for helps, pray a Good Samaritan mechanic person will helps me and release stress free… i pray for my car be wellness and driving amazing because I need my car to my job working at Lowe’s at Abbeville from New Iberia I been driving for 2 months now so far, was hired last September since… can’t afford lose my part time job there. I am scared to trust the good people as mechanics, do scams or greedy for money too much cost me, I hate. I prayed for whoever is an angel mechanic blessing on my car better. Thanks god bless you. Darnitch Yt Had my rack and pinion changed on my car n it was ready in approximately 4 hours. Reasonable pricing & they also hear the customer out. Great job yall this is my 2nd time visiting this shop and they got the job done both times in a timely way. The first time I had my rack and pinion changed there but oreilly sold me a faulty part so in that case it’s not the mechanics fault. But like I said, CHARLIES get the job done & will be hearing from me again if anything too major for me to handle.

They called my finance company after only 7 days of it being there. I had to go 8 hours all the way to Dallas to pick up my car because MARICLES got greedy. Its been 34 days and the fight for my car have been hell

David Cardona Summary: If I could leave zero stars I would. They don’t care about your stuff, and they don’t do a job the right way; they don’t give a crap about customer service. Go somewhere else. Details: My wife went to get a tire looked at on our 2016 Chevy Tahoe and ended up being a side wall issue and tire had to be replaced; we didn’t have the money right now so they put the spare on for us. They threw the full size tire in the back on the car on top of my wife’s stuff which included a very expensive purse and some other nice things, getting black smudges over everything and breaking a sign. And they left the back cover hanging off the car. All they had to do was move some stuff out today the way, and if they didn’t want to do that, just put it back under the car; or they could have taken 60 seconds, and got my wife to move it. But no.. they were too lease and pissed off to do anything about it. I don’t like to leave bad reviews and my wife’s family knows these people really well for a long time. So instead of leaving a review, I called Mr. David to tell him what happened and that I don’t want anything from them, but wanted to make him aware of what happened, and he said thank you and we left it at that. Then I get a call back from his brother and he starts going off about how he “saw the stuff in the back, and that’s not our job to worry about that”, and continued with, she should have known we were gonna put it back there on top of all that. My wife assumed these guys were gentleman and let her know, but she also assumed that they would put it back under the car where the FULL SIZE spare was at originally, because I did that the last time! If that’s how they do business, I’m not surprised they have 1 review and it’s a 1 star. Can’t imagine the amount of people they pissed off over the years. I’ve never seen ownership treat customers this way and then defend themselves on it when the customer is trying to be reasonable and not wanting anything in return. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Save the trouble.

Owners and employees don’t give a rats a$$ about customer service, and they half way do things. Take your money and time and go somewhere else, cause they sure to mess up ur stuff.
