    dan kellum: Had a mint 2006 300 SRT8 70,000 MILES ... untill some guy backed up into my baby. Look at pics and be the judge. Would you have been happy? Heard a few people say this place was good. Talked to the shop and showed them how clean and show quality it was and how I expect that quality back. Assured me it would go back to that.. They put a used rusty hood, not aligned proper, a Taiwan fender, never sanded anything just used some adhesive stuff to make the paint stick. Fish-eyes, orange peal and chips painted over. When asked about wet sanding and buffing it, he told me I dont trust my guys to do that. Will be having someone redo their work. Look at the pics and you can decide.

    Angelica Derouen: CASH ONLY NO EXCEPTIONS. They are extremely knowledgeable of their trade. They were honest and didnt bs me. (I know because I asked the same questions to multiple places.) Fair warning though for people with allergies and asthma, they occasionally smoke inside. It wasnt overpowering and didnt bother me one bit, but if you are sensitive to things like that for health reasons, send someone else inside to do the talking.

    David Cardona: Summary: If I could leave zero stars I would. They don’t care about your stuff, and they don’t do a job the right way; they don’t give a crap about customer service. Go somewhere else. Details: My wife went to get a tire looked at on our 2016 Chevy Tahoe and ended up being a side wall issue and tire had to be replaced; we didn’t have the money right now so they put the spare on for us. They threw the full size tire in the back on the car on top of my wife’s stuff which included a very expensive purse and some other nice things, getting black smudges over everything and breaking a sign. And they left the back cover hanging off the car. All they had to do was move some stuff out today the way, and if they didn’t want to do that, just put it back under the car; or they could have taken 60 seconds, and got my wife to move it. But no.. they were too lease and pissed off to do anything about it. I don’t like to leave bad reviews and my wife’s family knows these people really well for a long time. So instead of leaving a review, I called Mr. David to tell him what happened and that I don’t want anything from them, but wanted to make him aware of what happened, and he said thank you and we left it at that. Then I get a call back from his brother and he starts going off about how he “saw the stuff in the back, and that’s not our job to worry about that”, and continued with, she should have known we were gonna put it back there on top of all that. My wife assumed these guys were gentleman and let her know, but she also assumed that they would put it back under the car where the FULL SIZE spare was at originally, because I did that the last time! If that’s how they do business, I’m not surprised they have 1 review and it’s a 1 star. Can’t imagine the amount of people they pissed off over the years. I’ve never seen ownership treat customers this way and then defend themselves on it when the customer is trying to be reasonable and not wanting anything in return. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Save the trouble.
