5 /5 Charlie Bartlett: In 71 years of my life, I have never seen this from a mechanic shop. I brought a explorer in for a estimate to replace the torque converter. I was given a very reasonable cost estimate. I told them to do the job. The next day the truck was completed. When I went to get my truck, Ms. Cassie told me, the sway bars needed to be replaced. She said to go get the sway bars and they would installed them for free. I would highly recommend to shop . Thank you Ms Cassie and Mr Adam!!!

1 /5 Katanathuylien: highly don’t recommend going here!!! i went here to get one simple thing to my car done, which was the belt under my hood and these people decided to add oil to my car without my permission & decided to mess with my coolant. i then arrived at the place to pick up my car and they were trying to charge me $21 for 3 quarts of oil, $21.75 for the coolant, $76.99 for the stream hose, $100 for a change line labor, $100 for belt labor and the total came out to be $319.74.. when all i came there for was to get the belt of my car fixed. i then declined to pay for the other things besides the belt that i asked to get done. the wife here was pretty rude & was rushing me to pay while i was trying to figure out what they were doing to my car, while the husband was being calm and nice when i was trying to communicate to the both of them.

5 /5 Todd Billiot: Highly recommend Adams Automotive in Terrytown. Very trustworthy, fast and reasonable prices. Mr. Adam and his wife are the best! They fixed my work van, checked all fluids and tire pressure, more than I asked for. I’m a Raving Fan for them.

1 /5 Bobby Ruiz: The wife is not a happy person. Very rude first thing in the morning. On the other hand Eric is a great person to deal with and its unfortunate the whole shop has to be brought down by her rudeness. Hopefully if you go you wont have to deal with her and you should have a good experience. I wanted to use them but after her rudeness and her saying a smoke test will cost me hundreds and is very time consuming I just couldnt deal with her. I smoke tested a fair amount of vehicles and its never taken me over an hour and I figured a 2nd opinion shouldnt cost that much. Very unfortunate.

1 /5 Zoe Sparrow: Not nice. Humiliated and turned away by the owner, after hiring triple a to tow and drop me there. An hour later I had to hire triple a to tow me back out....in the rain and dark with a puppy, and under threat of him calling the police on me
