5 /5 Trinity Edwards: Dr. Jacob McInnis is super nice and professional. He’s helped fix some old issues I had with crowns that weren’t done correctly, and I’m so thankful. He’s been really accommodating and helpful, even when he didn’t have to be. Thanks to him, I feel confident about my smile again. The entire staff is also really friendly and makes you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. Highly recommend!

1 /5 S P: Very bad experience. I went in for an office visit. I felt like I was being pressured into having procedures done. I went ahead with their suggested extensive x-rays. I was very uncomfortable with this. I communicated to them what I was interested in having done. They proceeded to communicate with what they wanted to do and there was no other option. I decided then that I would not be coming back to this place and was glad to get out of that office. I had many communications with office staff prior to this visit regarding my insurance coverage. They verified I had coverage. I find out after the visit that they said I did not have coverage. They knew about the non coverage and never called me or notified me about this. Really bad communication. Never in my life (60+) has a doctors office not communicate about insurance coverage or non insurance coverage. They did not follow up for dental care or on the status of the insurance coverage. I WAS contacted several months later for money. Bad practices here. Went to another dental office and was very comfortable with their dental care. They listen to my preferences and worked with me on the outcome.
