Phillip Leitz my appointment was first thing in the morning and they took me in promptly. They did extensive imaging and xrays on my teeth. as a first time patient I appreciated as I made the appointment to look at cavities my previous dentist wanted to work on. Magnolia found 1 cavity and handed me my post insurance responsibility amount in advance to have the tooth fixed. Completely happy with the service, honesty, and simplicity.

Ray Gernon Doctor Staples and his staff have done wonderfully, restoring function and cosmetics to my teeth. He put in mostly crowns on extremely small remaining foundations, 1 bridge, and only implants where absolutely necessary. My bite and smile are the best they have been in decades! Chewing steak is once again a pleasure!

T Landry Stay away! I went here for periodontal work and my teeth were shaved down on the sides creating a gap. Also, I wasn’t made aware that my gums would recede and never go back to normal. Now I have two HUGE black triangles and I’m having to pay thousands of dollars to get cosmetic work done, when my smile was once perfect!!!!

Russell Stegeman Dr. Woo is so skilled and all the support staff, they just have it together. I walked in without an appointment and not feeling good too good. They got my insurance to cover almost everything but the personal service and quality of service from everyone was amazing. Not many of us like going to the dentist but these people have their act together. Five stars.

They were so patient and understanding with my little one who was very anxious and overstimulated the whole visit. They even came out into the waiting area to do paperwork with us after the visit was done to accommodate her and make her feel more comfortable versus standing at the desk in the back. Samantha Bowers When I called Northlake Oral & Facial Surgery, I met Karen. She was so comforting as I shared my story with her. She gave me hope that Dr. Brown could help me. I followed her instructions and gathered my medical documents. During this process, I called quite a lot, and by the time I had everything, I had met Denise and Nadia. They both were very kind and patient with me as I struggled to get things in order. Everything was explained to me from the very beginning, and the process of my reconstructive journey was very well supervised. I did need some incouragment a few times. Reaching out to their office, I shared my worries and concerns. Sometimes, just listening to them was all I needed. Other times, they could tell I was upset, and they scheduled for me to visit. I had several visits that I was not charged for. Dr. Brown shared with me that in my case because of my injury and the amount of damage to my upper jaw, the amount of bone grafting that had to be done, an implant was really not an option for me, however my dentist and Dr. Brown agreed I really needed my surgery. Surgery day went well, thank you Nurse Kathy for helping me that day. My journey has a happy ending. My surgery was so successful that my dream came true, I was able to have my implant and my smile restored. When my credit card bill came in, I saw a huge refund. It was from Dr. Browns office. My insurance had gone through. I have already referred one of my friends to his care. Thank you, Dr. Brown and your wonderful staff. You have all completely changed my life.

S P Very bad experience. I went in for an office visit. I felt like I was being pressured into having procedures done. I went ahead with their suggested extensive x-rays. I was very uncomfortable with this. I communicated to them what I was interested in having done. They proceeded to communicate with what they wanted to do and there was no other option. I decided then that I would not be coming back to this place and was glad to get out of that office. I had many communications with office staff prior to this visit regarding my insurance coverage. They verified I had coverage. I find out after the visit that they said I did not have coverage. They knew about the non coverage and never called me or notified me about this. Really bad communication. Never in my life (60+) has a doctors office not communicate about insurance coverage or non insurance coverage. They did not follow up for dental care or on the status of the insurance coverage. I WAS contacted several months later for money. Bad practices here. Went to another dental office and was very comfortable with their dental care. They listen to my preferences and worked with me on the outcome.
