Salon Mignon - Gretna W. Surbeck: Chelsea is the best. Always on time and professional. She makes accommodations for me with scheduling appointments if she is booked. She goes above and beyond. I moved to Denham Springs almost two years ago, but I still make the trek to NOLA (3 hours roundtrip) every three months to see Chelsea. She is highly recommended!!!!
