Jullihanna Sharp First time ever going to salon sanity today. I have to say the experience was amazing! The hair stylists were very nice and patient. They did an amazing job on my hair and the color and the cut! Customer service was great. I got asked if I wanted something to drink and I got a water. I would highly recommend going here. It’s definitely worth it. All stylists checked up on me and my sister and my mom every few minutes.

Valeria Palencia My experience at this salon has been great every time I go. I had the amazing experience to work with Lizzy who did highlights throughout my hair and made them the perfect color while ensuring that my hair remains healthy. Lizzy and every other stylist are obviously passionate at what they do and they are very attentive to detail and to customer service in general. Everyone is very friendly and show great professionalism!

Mallory Bufkin Sofia does my hair and I absolutely love it every single time! She takes her time to make sure your cut and color are perfect and listens to everything you want!! I’ve gotten natural colors and also red recently and she absolutely nailed the different shades I wanted in my hair!!

Waldrika Thomas Waited on Jenny to do my hair for 5 hours either all her staff quit or she fired them she was the only person doing hair & instead of telling people she let everybody get there hair wash to just sit & my hair looked a mess after waiting 5 long hours I will not be returning I wish I can give them a 0 & not a 1 very unhappy

Aumani Phillips Great results but this will be my last time returning. My 4c hair is always a challenge so I try to only get it straightened once a year for a trim. This year I have a significant amount of heat damage that I havent experienced in the past. I speak Spanish but choose not to when I go here. The employees assumed I didnt, and casually spoke about how thick my hair was and how it was hard work. I didnt take this as much of an insult but I wish it was a conversation with me instead of other coworkers. Everyone there speaks enough English to communicate friendly expressions with customers. Although Im always satisfied with results upon leaving, I wanted the owner to try her hand at my 4c texture but she seems to only do wavy textured hair or hair of family or friends. Every visit, she never touches kinky hair, only mildly curly. I guess its a professional preference. Minus the heat damage and lingering burnt smell, which is always a possibility with every silk presses, the results are great and the place is clean.

Jenny hqs stylist that are in there with nasty attitude my stylist literally didnt want to do my hair and shes not the person i chose ahe used no moisturizer or heat protectant she broke and pop my ends of my hair off whatever she did use hqd to be a conditioner because my hair never frizzes up after. I told the stylist your popping my hair using that small comb shw look3d at me and srill did it her way ahe barely blew my hair out then i was charged for a qash and i came in with my hair wash and wet. Jenny first group of ladies was magnificent EXCELLENTE. The salon ia declining neither are they worry about proper hair care and not speaking for all bc i have seen Jenny do a consultation but that young gurl next to jenny wears a hair net DONT GO TO HER SHE WILL POP YA HAIR OFF DRY BURN U WITH THE FLAT IRON ANS BLOW DRYER love Jennys but since I moved I havent been able to go but will soon never had a issue reasonable price. The stylist who usually did my hair is no longer there but i still love them l. I seen a post that stated they didnt speak English and i would say that is wrong because they very much understand and can communicate with you if not there someone who will interpret

Paul Jeanine Crystal is the best aesthetician hands down. Shes very knowledgeable with questions I had with my skin. The environment is soothing and private not to mention she get the job done in a timely manner. Not like most places where you have to wait long periods of time.

umbrellaela13 Crystal is one of my new favorites! Im lucky she charges affordable rates because if she were to match the charge with the quality she provides, I would be broke! Crystal really takes time with her clients. She offers a genuine, caring energy, and you can tell she absolutely loves what she does. She is super knowledgeable, shares the knowledge for clients to understand whatever service you get, and patiently answers all questions you have. Ive loved every experience I have had a Crystal Beauty so far. I cannot recommend her enough. 100/10 would recommend and go again.

Jynnea Batiste Crystal was amazing! I went to her for my first Brazilian wax today, and although I was extremely nervous she made me feel comfortable. She explained everything during the process. You can tell she is very knowledgeable and takes pride in what she does. She is also very sweet and enthusiastic. I will most definitely be back !

T L I was seeking a new stylist and someone on Next Door referred me to Raven. She was available when I needed service and she didnt disappoint. Im very pleased. Raven is such a lovely lady.

LizBeautyyy I am in love with my braids! I knew very little about this place but communication was very good and they squeezed me in an appointment just before my homecoming. I love the fact that they know how to braid silky hair. From my other experiences my braids never even stayed on more than a week because it was too tight. My braids were on for more than a week and it has not damaged my scalp. These two women were very professional and very patient with my hair. It came out perfect! I understand that most places or people don’t know how to work with silky hair because it’s not very common but there are few people who enjoy to learn about other cultures and i am one of them! I really enjoy having braids and i am coming back soon!

Nathan Jones When i went there i immediately felt welcomed by Dada. I went to get my hair washed and braided to the back. She was really good at keeping conversation. She made me laugh alot. It felt as if Id been going to her for a long time. She was really friendly. Her place is nice and clean. Her prices are reasonable. She washed my hair really good and also braided my hair really good too. I will be going back! It was a comfortable experience. She gets five stars but she also gets 5 hearts too ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤. If you havent tried the Art Of Beauty Braiding, you should do so now. I believe youll love it as much as i did!

Virginia Ramirez I gave this place 2 stars because the ladies were nice and the price for haircut was decent but I would not get a haircut here. There are no appointments just walk-ins and you will wait 2-3 hours, it is always full with customers. It was our first time here and will be the last time. Simple, quick haircut/trims took 4 hours with wait time. Why did I stay? Once I wasted time by being there 2 hours, I just didnt want to find another salon that accepted walk-ins and maybe have to wait just as long, if not longer.

Amber Wilhelm Im giving the 4 stars because she was so nice, friendly, and took her time! Unfortunately, I was injured on both big toes from cutting away of skin around my nails and cuticle. Im not sure if she dug in too deep but my toes are inflamed/red and have hurt ever since the pedicure a couple days ago. I thought the pain might go away but it hasnt. Im hoping it doesnt get infected. Is this normal I wonder, because I dont do this often and hurts bad enough I may never do it again.

Three of us needed manicures and pedicures in preparation for our formal, family cruise pictures, and Gaby did not hesitate to work all of us into her busy holiday schedule. She is gentle, thorough, compassionate, very clean, and super professional. The quality of her work is outstanding! We felt great wearing everything from our open-toed shoes to our comfy flip flops, and the quality of her work held on. We had 258 cruise pictures made over the course of 8 days. We had never received so many compliments of how we looked in our formal attire each evening until this cruise. This out-of-state family plans to utilize Gabys services again, and you should too!

W. Surbeck Chelsea is the best. Always on time and professional. She makes accommodations for me with scheduling appointments if she is booked. She goes above and beyond. I moved to Denham Springs almost two years ago, but I still make the trek to NOLA (3 hours roundtrip) every three months to see Chelsea. She is highly recommended!!!!
