3 /5 Amelia Bonomo: Great service overall. Very kind people. However there is not a proper hair washing station which was questionable. My main problem was the fact that they gave me the polar opposite of what I requested as a customer. I asked for a short cut around the chin with additional curtain bangs. Was talked out of the haircut that I wanted and was never given any form of bangs. Still very upset about this, and I do not plan on going back.
