k smith I got my hair cut today by Joe. He was very friendly and made me feel at ease. I told him what I wanted and he discussed it in detail with me before he started. He is very knowledgeable, efficient, and a great conversationalist. Joe gave me the perfect cut. Thank you very much Joe!

Leanne Weilbaecher A few things occurred that kept me from returning. He added TWO treatments in one visit totaling over $40 without my prior approval. Even after I told him that was unacceptable before starting the work. [The first visit was $250!] They saw me coming. Lol I dont appreciate being blindsided after the Olaplex had been applied to my hair at the bowl. Theyve since credited those amounts. I had to call and request a credit. Customers: youre entitled to know prices and they are required to get your approval BEFORE they do the work. Without exception. I found them to be extremely demanding -telling me I needed a haircut every 6 weeks. Definitely a high pressured salon to increase sales for each ticket. That is why they are no 1. Not because theyre treating clients mly with respect to their needs & desires. At least in my experience. I was disappointed.

Christine Brignac I have been going to the Mandeville, LA In-Style for about 6years to get a cut, style and color from Michael. He has been wonderful to me my family and friends. I wish the salon also had manicure and pedicure services. And Joe a is an excellent colorist as well!

Ellen Skidmore Let me preface this review by saying: I have had a plethora of rough hair cut experiences with my wavy/curly hair and a lack of stylists who know how to cut it. I decided last minute to book an appointment with Reham at The Beaux Heaux to cut a lot of my hair off because I’m about to have a baby and it’s July in Louisiana and the long hair was HOT. It was the best decision I could have made. Reham not only made me comfortable in the chair but she also knew how to handle my hair starting from the dry cut all the way to styling and then cutting with the curls as needed. Could not have asked for a better experience!!!!

Ashley Call Reham is so talented! She made me look completely flawless for both my wedding rehearsal and my wedding! She was so pleasant and fun to work with and she was very flexible and accommodating. I was visiting from out of state for my wedding and I had no car. She came to me in my hotel for both my trial and actual wedding day. She was so sweet and very attentive to what I was looking for. I HIGHLY recommend her for your wedding and wedding event make up, you wont be disappointed!

Natalie Palmisano Price Reham is the best!

Ashley Walther Absolutely loved my first experience at the beauty bar!! It’s such a warm and welcoming atmosphere and all of the ladies are the sweetest. Colleen did my balayage and cut and I couldn’t be happier! I showed her a couple of pictures of what I liked from the salon’s Instagram and told her I wanted low-maintenance color with dimension and she 100% nailed it! Highly recommend the beauty bar!!

Catherine Eichhorn Love this salon. I have seen two girls, Colleen and Ary, and both are great. I have had color and cuts. I am now growing out my grey, so no color lately. Its hard to decide which stylist to stay with. For now, I with Ary; she gave me the best cut. I love it. I also get my products there. I use Oribe. This is a must go to salon. You wont be disappointed.

Ellie Cox I had the best experience at The Beauty Bar! My stylist was Jenny and she was so awesome. She did exactly what I asked for and was fun to chat with. I will definitely be back, such a fun and positive environment!

Michelle West I had the most incredible Head Spa treatment at The Ritual, and it was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. Makayla was fantastic—so friendly, welcoming, and attentive. She took the time to ask about any concerns beforehand, checked in on my preferred pressure level and water temperature, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The treatment itself was a full-body sensory experience—deeply soothing and immersive. The rhythmic water flow, gentle yet intentional pressure, and the delicate tingling sensations from the combs and tools created a mesmerizing blend of touch, sound, and relaxation. Each element worked together to quiet my mind and melt away tension. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and more refreshed than I ever thought possible. This was pure bliss, and I will absolutely be back for more!

Libbie Smith If you go would NOT see Courtney for hair. She is no master stylist for sure. See pictures below if you want to spend a lot of money, having to keep coming back for correction and still not right. After $380 given my hair is needing now a correction. That I have to pay for. Stylist mess your hair up and nothing gets done to them. Terrible person and hairdresser!!

Jamie Hattier I have known Jenny and been going to Joli Medspa for over 10 years and have never had a bad experience! Jenny and her entire team truly care about their clients and want them to feel and look the best they can! Jenny uses innovative and her own methods that have truly made me look like I never thought I could. For example, I had dark circles under my eyes my entire life and after many different attempts at treatments Jenny was able to figure out how to get rid of them completely. My before and after pictures are unbelievable! Jenny does not give up if one type of treatment doesn’t work, she researches, experiments and figures out a different approach to meet her client’s needs. I trust her and her team implicitly and recommend them to everyone I know!!!!!

Casey Trichel Ive been receiving ‘Tox treatments with Jenny for years, and I also tried Kybella at Joli Medispa. The staff here are truly incredible—warm, friendly, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The atmosphere is fantastic, and I always leave with a smile. What I love most is that I never feel pressured to purchase anything beyond what Im scheduled for. Jenny is fantastic at listening to my needs and explaining the services I receive. Abigail Morris Elise is the go to person. Her prices are great for the quality she provides! Her blends on balayage are perfection! I recommend her to everyone! You’ll always leave feeling amazing yet naturally gorgeous!

Adrienne Baumgartner Elise is absolutely the best! She has open communication with you about your hair and your hair goals. She is always professional and friendly. She really cares about using the best products to give you optimal results. I’m always so impressed with the finished product of her work for each client. Elise goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and your best. Also her studio is really cute!

Hollie Travis Elise is the only stylist that knows exactly how to do balayage. I’ve gotten countless compliments since trusting her with my hair for more than two years now and I look forward to each visit. She’s professional and fun at the same time! Can’t say enough good things, if you can get an appointment with her DO IT!!!

Loretta Cox Our very first visit to this business was just a few weeks ago. I was blown away by the customer service. As soon as we walked in they already had 2 very nice employees waiting to take my two boys back for a cut. They were very professional and finished in a timely manner. They did honor my request to go a bit shorter with botb cuts. Im super satisfied!!!

Madison Saladino Autumn is so amazing, she completely transformed my hair, I’ve never in my life had such great hair and such a great experience at the salon. She is so down to earth and she is so efficient, she works so fast! She literally took my hair from dull and brassy to healthy, glossy and gorgeous. She fixed and corrected all of the mistakes from the last hair dresser I was at, and gave me better than I could have ever asked for! This was the best cut and color I’ve ever had in the 15 years I’ve been getting my hair done.

Jennifer Lima Absolutely loved my experience! I got a hybrid lash set and a brow wax with Mary and it was such an amazing time! She was so gentle, communicative, and friendly. My lashes came out the exact way I wanted them and I’m not an easy client as my lashes are normally long and super straight. My brow wax was so gentle, I even thought if she was actually getting an hairs out with how gentle she was being. But the end result was absolutely stunning. I even told her how gentle she was to the point I didn’t even flinch! Love the Elle lounge and really recommend Mary!!

K M The place was really cute and trendy I went for teeth whitening and the Elle facial with added jelly mask. Teeth whitening experience totally fine would do again. Facial….. DO NOT GET Maybe it was just the girl who did my facial but it was not great. I could have done the facial at home. There were three different music things playing. Relaxing music, water fall sound machine, and then some pop music from the outside. Trying to relax while listening to Mr. world wide…. Not really possible. The jelly mask was not really jelly it dripped all over my face and ran down my neck into my hair. Then during the time in between there was no hand massage or jade comb or anything that normally happens when you get a facial service so it was kind of awkward waiting for the mask to dry. The facial lasted about 40 minutes which I’m not sure if that’s normal or that just how long the Elle facial lasts with added Jelly Mask. No facemask no lip mask just very basic. It was $110 but like I said you could just do the facial yourself at home. I won’t be getting this service again. I’m not totally giving up on the place it totally could have just been the girl who preformed my service which I don’t want to call out online. If you’re considering a facial from here maybe just ask for someone really experienced with facials! I still have an eyelash appointment and fingers crossed it goes well! That seems to be the main thing they do at the Elle lounge so I’m hopeful!

Melanie S Mimi at The Elle Lounge is my go-to for lash extensions! Let me tell you, she is a lash extension artist and expert. I’ve been to a few different people for extensions, and Mimi by far is *the most* detailed and makes them look amazing every time. She does exactly what I ask and gives great advice on how to care for them for optimal results. I currently have the Hybrids and I love them.

Amelia Bonomo Great service overall. Very kind people. However there is not a proper hair washing station which was questionable. My main problem was the fact that they gave me the polar opposite of what I requested as a customer. I asked for a short cut around the chin with additional curtain bangs. Was talked out of the haircut that I wanted and was never given any form of bangs. Still very upset about this, and I do not plan on going back.

Melissa Crawford Karen did a wonderful job. Hair came out fantastic!! Crazy how expensive it is to get your hair done now :/ But the prices are around the same as everywhere else.

Anita R. I went in with a botched haircut by another salon, hoping someone at Amys could fix my hair. Amy introduced me to Angela as the stylist that would be cutting my hair. There wasnt a lot to work with since the botched cut took off most of my hair. Angela did an awesome job! She turned my mess into a cute spiky cut. I wish I had found Amys Place before I let the big box salon ruin my hair. I highly recommend Angela for anyone looking for a great stylist. Amys Place is the only place I will go for my hair care.

Steve These girls can do some hair. Theres a lot of experience here and even the new girls are cutting my hair well. Look them up on socials and see their capabilities. I just get a basic fade and am impressed. I see the women walking out while Im there and their styles are always gorgeous and they are completely happy.

Selena Hotard Best hair salon, best stylist. You cant go wrong here, they use great products. They are good listeners and their prices are reasonable for the great service you get. Ive never walked out of this Salon with regrets.

AJ GG Visited Lacoste Hair Designs for the first time today and I had a wonderful experience. I am very grateful for Haley’s experience and expertise. She was very understanding of my wants and needs and was able to achieve my hair goals. She took her time with my hair and the appointment did not feel rushed at all.
