Best Nail & Salon - Baton Rouge (LA)

5 /5 Candace Shaidaee: This nail salon is the best!! They are so sweet and attentive to the customers. The other customers are friendly and talkative as well….lovely atmosphere. Went in looking for a new salon, and found our new go-to place! I took my daughter and my niece, and we all got different nail services. The lady who did my pedicure was great (not too rough, not too gentle-just right) and the results were awesome. Manicure and gel polish service were just as excellent. The arm/hand massage is the best! The girls loved their toenail polish and nail colors… and the cute designs they did for them. My niece promptly smudged her big toes before we even left and they were so sweet to her and fixed it right away. Great customer service goes a long way!

I had been getting my nails done somewhere else before trying this place and I was extremely unhappy with how my nails would turn out and how they treated me when I wanted them fixed. So today I decided last minute to try this place. First of all I came in an hour before they closed and they were so nice and welcoming. They took me straight to a chair and started working on my nails immediately!! The lady that did my nails never once was rude to me and gave me exactly what I wanted. After being in the hospital for two weeks with pancreatitis and almost loosing my life all I wanted was to get my nails done right and for them to actually give me what I asked for and feel pretty and this place made that happen for me.! It’s not often anymore that you find companies that want to go over and beyond for their customers! I felt so comfortable and was treated remarkably! They have definitely gained a regular customer from me! I will not get my nails done anywhere else ever again! I’m so happy to have found this place! You guys are great!! Thank you so much

1 /5 April Wallace: They are very expensive. Who charges 35 dollars for a polish change for toes with gel polish. This is the most I have ever heard. It’s not my fault they chose to clip my cuticles. I didn’t ask for that. The most I expected was for polish removal and more polish added. This is horrible to be so expensive. They will never get my business again.

1 /5 Jordan Taylor: OOOF - Awful. Terrible experience. I got my wife a couple of gift cards for Christmas so she could get dip nails. When I went in to get the gift cards the man at the counter told me it would be $90 two gift cards. When I went to pay, he charged me $100. I asked about it, and he made up some excuse. Not really sure what he said. I thought I must have misunderstood so I let it go. When my wife went in to get them done, what she wanted was going to be more expensive so the gift card wasn’t going to cover all of it. She agreed to pay $65 total for what she wanted them to do. When she got to the counter to pay they charged her $75, she kindly explained that’s not the conversation that she had with the stylist. The stylist was rude and got defensive, but the guy at the register said fine, $65 is fine. My wife leaves after paying $65, then checks the receipt and turns out she was still charged $75. The man at the register deliberately charged her more than she agreed to and was banking that she wouldn’t pay attention. She called him and confronted him about it and he just said fine, I’ll refund you and hung up. I’m disgusted with this place.
