5 /5 Raye Ann Ledbetter: I made an appointment with Jacqueline for my mom to have her hair highlighted and cut. She also trimmed my hair. Both look amazing which is awesome because weve had trouble finding someone to cut our hair in the past. (I have a double crown and my mother has bad cow licks so our hair can be a little difficult) We payed well below what we expected on top of getting done in a reasonable amount of time.She is absolutely wonderful!

1 /5 A Customer: I got a haircut from Samantha. When I left the salon my hair was curled so I could not see her mistakes, but my hair is naturally straight. I asked for a wet cut, but she said she would not be doing that and she would be cutting it dry, whatever you’re the stylist. I just wanted a trim and a trim on my face framing layers. My hair is so uneven and so many different lengths. Her scissors need to be sharpened as they were snagging on my hair also. If I go back to C studio I’ll be going to a different stylist.

1 /5 Alma Ramirez: At Crystal Hair Salon, I had the worst experience. I went there to get my hair extensions rise up and also get my hair color, and the stylist was extremely rough with my hair, pulling and brushing it so harshly that it felt fried and damaged by the time I left. Despite claiming to be a licensed hairstylist, she kept asking me how my previous stylist applied my extensions something a professional should already know. To make matters worse, all ten of my extensions fell out the same day. When I brought it up to her, she had an attitude and offered no explanation or apology. I tried to speak to the manager, but it felt like they were all backing each other up instead of addressing my concerns. When I finally reached out to the owner, it was clear she wasn’t interested in helping either. She was more focused on defending her staff than resolving the issue. After much back and forth, I finally managed to get half of my refund, but the entire experience was incredibly unprofessional and disappointing. Would not recommend.

5 /5 Alec Gatewood: Veronica cut my hair, and she did an excellent job. I have curly hair, and it was over ten inches long. I asked her to make it shorter, and she cut and styled it perfectly for a fair price.
