I brought my 2012 VW Golf here after the VW dealer up the road refused to service it. They identified the issue quickly, even calling around to other places I had my car worked on in the past to determine what services I was behind on so they could try to pinpoint where the issue was. Also, if you like cats, they have a bunch of rescued cats inside their shop, all very friendly!!! Will definitely be bringing my car here for all future services I need.

I ordered a tire they dont normally carry, when they came in (the next day) the manufacturing date on them was 4 years old, the manager called to tell me this and said he would rather get a newer set and would I mind waiting another day. We did not, they put the new set on in under 45 minutes. Some shops will just put whatever they have on hand on your vehicle, these guys didnt and for that I am thankful.
