I ordered a tire they dont normally carry, when they came in (the next day) the manufacturing date on them was 4 years old, the manager called to tell me this and said he would rather get a newer set and would I mind waiting another day. We did not, they put the new set on in under 45 minutes. Some shops will just put whatever they have on hand on your vehicle, these guys didnt and for that I am thankful.

When I called they claim they couldn’t find what was wrong with my truck and I needed me to pick it up. When I got there the worker stated it’s the computer and couldn’t find one to fix it and still charge me for diagnosis after the claim they didn’t know what was wrong.

    Brenda Sue Naquin: I got my catalytic converter changed there. I had to wait 2 weeks to get an appt. They did not warn me that the truck might smell like smoke, like something was burning the first few days, and it freaked me out. Also, when I got a call about it being ready NO ONE mentioned i should pay by check since the credit card charge was 3.9%, so i paid an additional $89 dollars on top of my 2k bill. It was closing time when I picked it up and had no other choice but to pay the fee or be stranded. When I asked why I wasnt informed, my question was dismissed, so frustrating
