    Brooks Williamson: Brought car into show for A/C issue. A/C appears repaired. BUT while there, my engine light came on. Employees did NOT mention the engine light would be on when I paid for the vehicle. So I had already paid, just find out my car needs to go to the shop. The front desk said “I don’t know why it won’t turn off, you probably just need to take it to a dealership”. Sour ending on what has otherwise been a decent shop in the past. Would have been 1 star, but adjusted to 2 for them replying.

The staff and owner were great at scrambling to get the parts I needed and even stayed several Hours after closing to get the job finished and get me back on the road. I was headed to Texas next day and couldn’t have been able to be without my truck. They went above and beyond I will definitely bring my vehicles back for all my service needs!

    Nicole Lopez: Never again, after my truck sat under a tree out back of his shop for 2.5 weeks I called and told him I had no other way to get to work. He finally put it up and changed the fuel pump ($50-$125 brand new) and taking a matter of a few hours it was fixed and the $400-$450 quote he gave in the beginning is now $775. Save yourself a headache and money and go to someone who keeps their word.

    Kearstin Hart: Don’t go to Him! Scammed us out of $700 and didn’t even fix our car it broke back down not even a week later! We tried calling and he basically told us we gonna have to pay more to fix it when he didn’t even fix it In the first place just made it temporarily drivable. Fred is a disgrace to real mechanics. Would never shop with him again and now i gotta sell my car because I’m putting more money into it then it’s actually worth thanks Fred!
