1 /5 Sheena M.: I don’t know how this company has a 5.0 review status. I chose him for this very reason and I am appalled at his behavior toward us. As we were pulling into his parking lot he was already snarling at us. My husband gets out of the car to speak to the gentleman about the noise we’ve been hearing from our vehicle. The man begins to try and walk away as my husband is speaking to him. As my husband is trying to tell him what is wrong with the vehicle the man kept cutting my husband off to say something that had nothing to do with the explanation we were trying to give. My husband simply says we just would like to know if you could see what the metallic rattling sound is. The rude little Asian man says, I don’t want to do it and walks away. Which he had every right, by shame on you. I really have a lot of bleep bleep words to say, but I will keep it professional for the reviews.
